EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - STAY AWAY. POTENTIAL SCAM
I used AEON shipping to move my personal items from Dubai to USA. Below details
1. They are 30-40% more expensive than competitor. I still went with them because of their promise to give me hassle free door to door service but not even close
2. Tom was sales. After I paid advance he stopped answering the phone. After many attempts to contact the company they scheduled pickup
3. No one showed up to pack my items on scheduled date. Then again after numerous phone calls they came after few days then original scheduled date
4. Tom (Sales) now is accessible asking for remaining payment. I was told if I dont pay then there will be penalties but still they won't guarantee shipping
5. Original ETA was 55 days but literally no one responded for several weeks after I paid full payment
6. After months I was contacted to pay more money to ship. I proposed to file legal case against them for bad business practice, then item got shipped
* They do not have any office or warehouse worldwide as they claim. They are just another shipping aggregator like many mom & pop small LLC in Dubai
7. Once shipment arrives in port I was asked to pay again for port fee
8. The delivery truck driver had no one to unload. He parked in my home parking and negotiated money to unload. I had no choice but to pay
9. All this took about 150 days instead of 50-55 days. Its 3 times the estimated time
10. They forced me to pay for insurance. I had broken items. After lot of emails, whatsapp and phone call and 6 months of asking they reject claim saying its below deductible. There was no deductible mentioned in insurance documents
Aadhil did very poor job of coordination. never accessible unless you complain multiple times by email, whatsapp and call
Money aside, movers are sought to deliver hassle free shipment in safe manner. They are not worth you time or precious items
I engaged Marine Air Land International Services (MALIS) for the importation of a vehicle from Japan and for the subsequent transportation of the vehicle from Texas to Colorado. While MALIS was initially helpful with the importation process, the transportation of the vehicle was marred by damage caused by the trucking company during transit. MALIS has since refused to accept responsibility for the damage.
Furthermore, I was not informed that a third-party (or additional parties) would be involved in the transportation process until after I had already paid MALIS directly. To compound matters, the trucking company's insurance will not cover the damage due to a high deductible, and the trucking company is now unresponsive to emails and does not answer the phone, despite initially offering to assume responsibility for the damages.
Given that I placed my trust in MALIS to handle the entire transportation process, it is my position that responsibility for the damage lies with MALIS.

Abbiamo lavorato con AIRENTERPRISE alcuni anni, all'inizio sembrava rose e fiori poi un graduale peggioramento...fino al declino totale...un disastro! mesi da incubo...centinaia di spedizioni che hanno impiegato 20/25 giorni per esser consegnate, giacenze mai gestite con dichiarazioni false di indirizzi errati o sconosciuto quando controllando semplicemente da google maps si trattava addirittura di attività commerciali, bar o addirittura uffici postali ( si il colmo!) per non parlare poi del solito "destinatario assente" quando in realtà non è vero con i clienti infuriati che passavano giorni chiusi in casa ad attendere spedizioni che non arrivavano mai...apertura di giacenze poi mai più gestite, spedizioni li ferme da decine di giorni e quando poi ci accorgevamo e chiamavamo il cliente che come solito ci confermava la correttezza del suo indirizzo passavano almeno alri 2/3 giorni per la riconsegna...
PACCHI SMARRITI o RUBATI: è sempre capitato, con tutti i corrieri con cui abbiamo lavorato e lavoriamo ( GLS TNT BRT e AMZ), che per la legge dei grandi numeri qualcosa venga perso o rubato...MA QUì è UN SALASSO!!! percentuali altissime!!!NON SI PUò RISCHIARE DI FALLIRE PERCHè COLORO A CUI AFFIDI UN LAVORO NON LO ESEGUE DI DOVERE!
Per chi fa ecommerce come noi la cosa più grave sono poi le recensioni negative dei clienti subite per colpa di questi corrieri che ci causano un danno d'immagine incredibile,,,e purtroppo non per nostra responsabilità.
in secondo luogo, ma non per importanza, il tempo e il costo di personale impiegato per risolvere le magagne causate da questa malagestione...ore e ore tra telefonate e mail sia di sabato che di domenica tra clienti giustamente incazzati( con i quali piegarci a 90° per salvare il salvabile) e assistenza...
inutile avere tariffe con pochi centesimi più basse rispetto ad altri corrieri e poi lavorare male...
tirando le somme ti illudi di risparmiare sulla goccia aggiustando il rubinetto, ma nel mentre hai il tubo a monte con uno squarcio che perde litri...
e per esperienza non illudetevi quando vi dicono che devon aumentare le tariffe per far fronte a implementazioni di personale e mezzi così da migliorare il servizio...tutte balle! una scusa fotocopia...il servizio lo migliori correggendo il metodo di lavoro.

I requested a quotation from Graham Eshelby of JODA Freight for the transport of a large oven from LS10 to LS9 (less than 2 miles), quoted at £250. Despite the high price, I accepted and paid to expedite the move. The driver picked up the oven from LS10 but did not unload it at LS9 due to the roof height and forklift issues( which were not communicated beforehand). The driver consulted with Graham and decided to return with a power truck and forklift for safe delivery.
On Monday, Graham informed me that the delivery was not planned and rescheduled for Tuesday. Later, he demanded an additional £250, and when I initially refused, Neil Tullett, a Director, called to insist on payment, threatening to dump the oven otherwise. With no other option, I paid another £250.
What should have cost around £150 + VAT ended up costing me £500 + VAT. I shared this experience as a cautionary tale for others to avoid similar situations.

Terrible experience and horrible customer service. The company started by damaging my kitchen cabinets during packing day. Lost my items upon arrived to the warehouse and failed to identified them. Took them over a week to find half of my items that were misplaced in the warehouse. Damaged so many things and refuse to take responsibility for the damaged items to include items that were brand new for a baby. Claimed that items weren’t labeled which is their company responsibility. Long story short do not do business with them.
