Beware of booking loads with Nick Passino as he likes to deduct from rate con without it being stated or why. He avoids communication as well as his buddy Drew Burtner until you reach out client care and they decide to actually " try" and help. The help goes nowhere as client care never answered.

Second SPI is pasted due over a month, and load has not been paid!!!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with / working for Jordon Freight for just over a year now and can honestly say they are one of the best I've come across in recent years. Very professional, polite and always on hand when needed. All information needed is given regarding the loads and very rarely is there a problem. I look forward to continuing this relationship going forward.

I would strongly recommend to stay clear of this company. My customer paid a customs deposit for a temporary import of goods with them and 605 days after we asked them to export/discharge we still haven't recovered the funds with one excuse after the other.

Terrible Delivery Experience – Do Not Recommend

We booked a delivery through Freight Right for two pallets weighing ~2,700 lbs. The driver showed up hours early and completely unprepared, without the proper equipment listed on the booking.

Worse, they refused to deliver to our building (despite clear instructions and confirmation), saying it was “not suitable” without any prior warning or attempt to coordinate.

They then left our pallets on the street, blocking traffic and putting our freight at risk. We had to arrange a second truck at our own expense.

This level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and complete disregard for basic delivery requirements was unacceptable. Do not use this company if timely and accurate delivery matters to you.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Naqel Express.

A courier delivered a heavy item to my home and offered to bring it inside himself due to the weight. While wheeling it in on his trolley, he smashed into my wall and broke a large chunk of plaster off, causing visible damage.

I immediately took photos and video evidence with the driver standing there, clearly showing both the damage and the situation.

What followed was even worse.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company falsely claimed:
• that I asked the driver to bring it inside
• that there was no damage

Both statements are completely untrue and directly contradicted by the proof I provided.

For two weeks, I repeatedly emailed and called. Each time:
• cases were closed without resolution
• no one called back
• responses were copy-paste templates
• zero accountability was taken

This is not just poor service — it is blatant refusal to accept responsibility for property damage.

The lack of professionalism, ownership, and customer care is honestly shocking. I have clear evidence and am now considering escalating this further, including formal complaints.

If you value your property and your time, do not use this company. They will damage your home and then deny it happened.

Truly one of the worst courier experiences I’ve ever had.
