This was my first shipping experience from LHR-UK, and with United Cargo Links as well. I searched for multiple cargo companies and found United Cargo Links rates cheaper than any other.
They said 10-12 delivery days, but shipment was received at UK after 8 days.
Office staff is professional as well,
I must try this next time. Fully recommended.

Warning to Anyone Shipping to Rwanda – Avoid This Company

If you are planning to ship anything to Rwanda, I strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

There is a man named Richard who coordinates shipments to Rwanda for this company. Unfortunately, he has proven to be dishonest and unresponsive. He consistently ignores phone calls and text messages, making communication nearly impossible.

I shipped my car on May 15, 2025, and as of now, I have received no updates whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awful company to work with and they will not pay your invoices.
Not sure how they run a company when nobody answers the phones or emails.
Their lack of professionalism is astounding.
