Contracted to deliver a package to a doorstep. When calling to schedule delivery, they insist someone needs to pick the package up at the curb. After reminding them they are contracted for door delivery, they still refuse. I even offered to help them carry the package to the door which they refused. I also offered to use my tractor if they could help me load it, and escort it to the door to make user it stayed put and help unload it off the tractor which they also refused. VERY poor service. Would not recommend.

Excellent place for shipping

YRC picked up Freight from my company and the second it got to the terminal they delayed it due to inclement weather. Didn't find out until the next day, when I called the lady informed me that there was bad weather in the Philadelphia region that night. Well, I live in Philadelphia and I remember being outside commenting on how beautiful of a night it was!
Decided to give them another chance the other day after some time passed. Unfortunately I had 2 separate shipments picked up by them on the same truck and when I say unfortunately it's because the second they got to the terminal (10 minutes down the road) they entered in their system DELAY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

Well, looks like they did it again. This time I knew to check and see and was BAFFLED that they did it again. Then they tried to lie to me over the phone but I bet they don't remember last month when the spat out the same exact lie to a person who literally lives in the area. What a low, grimly, unprofessionally ran "business". Shame on you guys, we will never be using you again in the future and will be sure to blast you guys on Facebook and every other possible social platform. Will also be calling corporate and giving them my 2 cents. Not sure if this is the terminal itself to blame, but as a COMPANY steer clear from this place unless you like your shipments late and being lied to.
