I was seven hours before my appointment. They load me just in 1 hour ..fast loading friendly staff.

Cleaned out my trailer on the way wasn’t sure what to expect.My experience was great ,lots of room to park,right in a door a couple of hours early and friendly stuff so thumbs up from me

Office personnel is great, however the forklift/load out personnel have no respect for others property. This company feels it is okay to use packaging tape to line your trailer with cardboard. They taped 2 to 3 feet up from where the cardboard ended and extended it up the side of the walls. Must have used 6 rolls of tape. Unbelievable and unacceptable! It may be hard for some to comprehend but there's some of us that take pride in our equipment.

Before coming here I read the reviews. A lot of them mention cleanliness of the trailer. So I stopped on my way up here and made sure the trailer was clean. I use a leaf blower, and went through the trailer twice! Killed the battery in the process.

I arrived just after 1300 for a 1600 appointment. I get backed in a dock at just after 1500. By 1700 I'm loaded.
The staff was friendly at every encounter.

All in all, I'm satisfied with the way things went here.

Avoid coming to load at this place unless u like headaches.

Checked in with dirty trailer. Would not work with me. Offered to sweep out and wash out. They havid horrrid treatment of drivers

Quick and easy. Never saw a person. It was check in via an app, they texted me the door. They sealed it and emailed me the bills. Technology is great.

Unloaded me within 30 minutes quick and fast just the way I like it

I had some small pieces of aluminum and they asked me to vacuum trailer. That was $130. Back after 30 minutes and charged me $150 overtime fee.
Never go back to rip off company like that.

0700 appointment, had to wait in line to get checked in, but on a door at 0730. Out 0745. Doesn't get any better, thank you guys.

In and out in no time. You lazy drivers complaining, do your job and make sure trailer is clean. This isn’t rocket science.
It’s not hard

The reviews about your trailer needing to be clean are pretty much true. Do a good job sweeping and you'll be fine. Glass is prob the biggest no-no. If there is a minor problem, they will be helpful in getting it resolved. Had a great talk with one of the loaders. Just know that if your trailer gets rejected, it went through 3 or 4 levels with the final say being from the production company. There are 3 that serve this warehouse. Overall I had a great experience here. Check in was smooth and the loading went quick too. Bottom line is that if your trailer gets rejected here, YOU are not doing your job. It's not their fault.

On time

Better be prepared for a long wait. And have nice and clean trailer. I'm not sure if this the same for everyone but I always have to wait for a long time. I'm waiting and getting detention. I rather be driving the interstate.

Fast service and friendly people. Never complained when I get a dispatch to here!!!

7hrs waiting on loading dock and still wait, nobody in office, no forklift guys, like Sunday.
No toilet or any facility.
Update:waited almost 10hr locked on loading dock, I can't belive to someone can do that.

Awesome place. Very nice people. NEVER have had a problem getting loaded here. Just do your job as a driver and clean and check your equipment.

l have a new trailer 2021. It was clean inside. Found some small pieces of glass in the bolt holes in the floor. They told me to blow out. Gave a list with several campaigns. I went to Bennett's Truck. They charged me $ 128.75 for 10 minutes of work. The quality of the work is very poor.

They're taking this virus to extremes...... to much attitude

Had to send my driver from Salt lake to Jerome, got rejected because of the trailer. As I read the reviews in here, 9 out of 10 trucks get rejected. The only time they'll load you if you just bought a brand new trailer and it's your first load going into that trailer. Other than that, they have all kinds of excuses not to load.
No more loads from here.
WOW!

Drivers beware! They will reject trailers for the slightest issue. Make sure you sweep your trailer out several times before arriving. Any little bit of dirt/dust is a rejection. If you have any cracks or defects in the deck of your trailer, they will reject it. Be prepared to wait at least 4+ hours to load. Took 9 1/2 hours to get loaded and was told that they were going reject my trailer once again because the “floor was weak” even after $700 in repairs! Worst shipper I’ve ever been to! Just say no to Wow Logistics.

No problems to report here. Easy in in out good people plenty of room to maneuver. Friendly staff and well organized.

I see that this people use same model for rejecting the trailer so they can say that you are rejected Glass .as they use this excuse for me too and then charge off twenty dollars..I. order not to say that they are late shame on them Goranac Trucking...they are the one planting the few Peaces of glass in the trailer as I was delivering chips from frito lay and other food grade products. so much for their game shame on them.

Good company! In and out 1,5 hours. Clean your trailer.

Easy to find. No gate . They open at 0700 so u can show up when they are closed and park . Lots of parking .easy docks to back into place is safe and clean the people were friendly fast unloading I had a 0730 appt and 9 pallets off later I was out at 0815 .

2 out of 3 trailers will be rejected here. Waste of time, money and fuel.

Rejected 2016 trailer. Just lost $500+ ... driver miles+fuel.

I don't like if they charge for early pick up. But I was on time, and staff was freindly. I was picking up dry goods. You may need to sweep out your trailer if it's dusty. I was there about an hour.

Fast friendly got out of there fast and the parkong lot is huge plenty of room

Was on time for my delivery. However, they had me partially back in to wait for deal to be cut. Ended up waiting 1 3/4 hrs before cutting the seal and beginning. Took them 1.5 hrs to unload.
Check in personnel was friendly.

Never ever again.One of the worst place I have ever been in years.They refused to load my trailer 2 times.They said that my trailer is dirty and full of glass.This place even don’t deserve one star.I cleaned the trailer before arrival and still was not good enough.Do not come here,let them take their loads by hand and deliver wherever they want them.Avoid at any cost.

Pretty quick. Easy to get in and out

Huge location. Plenty of parking available for overnight parking but no facilities available until they open. Small staff but friendly and efficient. Checked in 2.5 hrs early and was out by my scheduled appt time. Small truck stop close by.

This place is awesome for loading or unloading fast!

Nice place with enough room to maneuver your truck, the employees inside were courteous and helpful, they run a small crew there so they are strictly appointment only and if you are late or if you need them to work you in, they will charge you extra to get you loaded or unloaded. Make sure your trailer is nice and clean going in as they are also a food service warehouse; if your trailer is not clean they will tell you to pull out and clean it out. also, you have to have two different numbers to get loaded, you have to have your shipper number or pick-up number and your appointment confirmation number that number will be in the email sent to whoever made the appointment they cannot load you without those numbers.

The worst service ever

This place is not good for pick up loads my appointment 6 pm they load my truck 11 pm they load with in 5 hours brokers know about this location no body tell you about that I will not be come here again for pick up the load plz avoid this place for pick up the load if you are out carrier they treat us like a dog they don't care about appiontment and truckers elog

Got there at 1pm app was at 3:45pm.
Office was nice and gave me a door but couldnt load me till the appointment time. At 4:30pm i was out on the road. Im a happy Trucker when that happens
