one of the employees had horrible customer service. I had a question to ask and they shut me down without even hearing my question. Im disappointed because my interaction with another employee was actually really great and helpful besides this other person I talked to. Employees need to actually listen to customers questions and not talk rudely.

Syed Kazmi was great! I went to the 329 Jericho Turnpike location in Floral Park. I had a 16lb package to ship. Syed weighed my items, searched for the best price for me with fasted delivery for my perishable goods, packed and boxed everything in less than 10 mins.
