I collected items from a company within this company, absolutely beautiful location to go to. Postcode doesn't match location but just go through the industry estate and at the end in middle of the countryside there's Walkers logistics. Really helpful staff from all who works there.

I can only speak of my own experience, so all i would say is think very carefully. The biggest issues were orders being packed wrongly, sometimes sending 4 of the same product instead of one (and i don't know how many times that's happened when customers have not told us about it), orders going with mixed up labels, orders not going at all but the worst part is having zero accountability. We have left Walker recently after one mistake after another. They now don't even bother to get back to us on errors and to put their mistakes right. It's been costly, time consuming and difficult. None of it was necessary if they simply took care. Our own account manager said the staff that are packing were not fit for purpose. it's a real shame but here we are. as i say, this is my experience and by no means a reflection on the other reviews or experiences, but i would just say, be cautious.

Make sure you go there early in the day because they don't like answering the back door and you could be in for a long wait

Worst company I work for them couple off months and I didn't take any day of my holiday and after I resigned they told me I'll get money for that holiday in next month but guess what my account looks really empty so I have called the management to know what is going on and to ask for my P45 but the answer was short "I don't know I'll ask someone" and after 1 or 2 days still nothing "nice company" I don't suggest it

Zero Stars actually. They lose stock and don't cover the cost. They don't rotate stock effectively, so it goes out of date. They penny pinch and avoid taking responsibility for their many, many errors and avoid all attempts by the customer to follow up. They very often mess up B2C orders which loses customers that you have spent money to recruit. Their stock control/management is poor. They pack without enough packing materials causing damage and returns. They are led by a team of directors who have no interest in customer satisfaction, of making improvements and give their managers no authority. They bill incorrectly, every single month and often not applying credits. They have applied arbitrary price increases to improve their profits, with no improvement to their performance. As a logistics company there is not one area of their work that is reaches a reasonable professional standard.
Update as of 1 Nov. On exiting their services, they hold your stock to ransom and you are forced to settle invoices that contain over charges and are missing credits. Then they kept the lorry driver waiting from 8am until 12.30 to load (hourly waiting charges apply), then they send him off without all your items that you have reminded them of several times. Just as you think you are free of them, so begins the laborious process of getting the money owed to you, back! The point of a Logistics company is that you don't have to think about logistics but with Walkers you will live and breathe it. Run for the hills.
