Busy yard just trailer swapped

Went in with 7 pallets for delivery very busy had to queue to get into the loading area, once in I was soon tipped and on my way, warehouse staff and their drivers that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Just had Bowker deliver a pallet of doors and I cannot praise the courtesy and expertise of the driver too highly. A very professional individual. Many thanks.

Hmmmmm. Wer do I start. Its advisable to arrive with a reference that allows u to gain access. If not the reception will let you in but be warned. Goods in frown on this. If u arrive wen its busy don't expect a quick turn around. Goods in are very professional but don't seem happy to be there. There's no banter and every time I've delivered here I've drove away feeling frustrated and as everyone knows a frustrated 44ton lorry driver is a potential accident waiting to happen

AVOID!!!!!! So unprofessional customer service! Woman on the phone does not know anything, they will keep telling you lies just to get rid of you! Asked to speak with the manager as our delivery was delayed for days, but she hung up on me and they are avoiding my calls now!! Use any other transport company, but NOT THEM!!!!!

Only been here 3 or 4 times with a Container, each time they have been quick and efficient with unloading

I saw what happened this morning at Bolton Auction Rooms and I was absolutely speechless.
A delivery driver just dumping a pallet like that in the road. I saw Harry go and speak to him while he was driving off but seemed to have no interest in helping resolve the situation.

Use someone else, these are terrible. Drivers with terrible attitudes who dump things in the middle of the road. They don’t even bring the right equipment

It was nothing to do with “uneven ground” we’ve had around 100 of these pallets before without a issue. The two drivers you sent had bad attitudes and had no interest in doing their job.

If Stonework marketing want to continue using your service we will no longer use them (costing them £10,000 per season)

Bowkers are always on the lookout for new drivers and it's hardly surprising. Their office staff are the biggest load of ***** you could ever wish (not) to meet. Classic case of too many chiefs with nothing to do but spend time trying to prove their worth. About one star in my opinion but only coz Google don't do quarter stars!

Disorganised and difficult as a visiting HGV Driver, to find out who to see & where you should be. Electric gate entrance & intercom. Be sure to have a booking ref. to hand or, you are in for a wait!

They are OK, but a bit full of themselves. Just cos they do conti.
