    Quality company with a smile, nothing too much trouble for this company. Also got the chance to go to the London Stadium with them, so was a very nice treat. I keep my cargo with them always so I know it is safe.

    Brilliant Company! I would recommend using. Very professional and nothing is to big of a job to resolve. Friendly team especially Jason Walker who provides our company with outstanding services time and time again.

    Really disappointed with service, testing times indeed for everyone importing during the pandemic as shipments are delayed but this was compounded by the poor service we experienced with Unsworth. It appears Unsworth hold no power in the shipping world. Provide false promise after false promise regarding ETA's. Unsworth provide you with schedules that hold no value, we paid premium prices for the shipment to arrive in good time but none of them arrived on time, they were late ....really late. Both shipments were late departing port (so we paid for a shipment departing 1-2 weeks earlier) and then the shipments get re-routed so are also late on sea. In addition Unsworth provided no pro-active communication to advise of the delays, it was only a week prior to each ETA when we contacted them to ensure all was on track that the shipment date being delayed was relayed to us (the customer) - this happened 3-4 times. We used Unsworth for 2 shipments, the first shipment was 2.5 weeks late, the second shipment was over 5 weeks late! They have cost us hugely in lost revenue and the stress involved in the whole process was horrendous. The Unsworth team are perfectly pleasant & seemingly professional but they are incompetent and the process and power of Unsworth is pitiful - I would not recommend using them.

    Be aware! Really bad company to deal with, they dished out fines over something ridiculous. Completely unreasonable service, a joke really!
    Avoid at all cost.

    DO NOT USE- this company lies, changes measurements and calculations methods to suit them. This worst logistics company i have ever come across. Do not trust any quote from them as they will change it and charge more. Futher more, they do not follow your instructions for customs declarations which after a HMRC review have left us with a large bill because of UGL. Also many reviews below are by their staff members (John Kabawat being one of them)

    Disturbing lack of customer service. Very keen on giving fines to customers, so please be aware of this. The customer service staff are defensive and at times non-responsive (especially if you need them to confirm something and they are busy fining you - they increase by the day!). If you can use any other company at all, please use them.

    We have been using UGL for several years now and not once have we had any problems with shipping our fragile, luxurious chandeliers worldwide. The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful; they stay engaged and on board throughout the whole shipping process and always going an extra mile to make sure we are happy with their services. Always quick to respond to our enquire, provide a quotation and organise a shipment. :)

    I have been dealing with Unsworth since 2005 and in particular with Paul Gardiner since 2009. An extremely helpful, friendly and completely efficient service has ALWAYS been provided by Paul and I would highly recommend them as a trustworthy company that gets the job done without you having to worry about anything.

    I just want to say a huge thank you to Unsworth Global Logistics and in particular, Paul Gardener. I needed to import 6 containers from China and without any prior knowledge, was unsure of who to approach but I was recommended Unsworth by a friend and after specifying my requirements, Paul took charge of everything which made my life very easy.     One of the worst freight forwarders. Difficult customer service, importing and exporting of cargo with them was a pain. They even have the nerve to write their own fake and biased reviews. I see an employee that is pretending to be a customer in the reviews section here :/

    I have had a great experience with Unsworth with my 1st freight forwarding - from China to the UK. They took care of everything and picked up every single one of my (many) calls and emails. They would give me lots of information and guidance so I knew what was going on, and I just found their service excellent. Big, special thanks to Paul Gardener especially, for making my 1st forwarding a smooth experience and easing my nerves.

    Will be using them for all my future forwarding as the company grows!

    Highly recommended for everyone including 1st timers like me.

    We use UGL 3-4 times a year and have never had a problem. Don't understand the negative reviews on here. Always found them to be friendly to deal with and reasonably priced.

    Shocking company would never ever use again. You ask questions, they don't respond, you send chasers, they don't respond, you call and tell them the matter is now urgent, they don't respond you then call back and this time lose patience and it's all your fault, not theirs! Yours! Not an apology for their shocking service no no just lies but because you catch them out and make it known you have caught them out they then decide that they will no longer correspond with you and leave you high and dry with no ETA info, no vessel name, no BL, no documentation,nothing and they think that is acceptable! I work in shipping and have never ever worked with such an incompetent company with absolutely 0 customer service! Would never recommend or use again!

    Untrustworthy company, with a complete lack of morals and business ethics. We have dealt with several forwarders over the last 10 years and this company is utter rubbish. They rip you off from start to finish. There is no communication, they change the agreement with you at the last minute, they have plenty of hidden charges and make you pay for their mistakes. Customers won't return to companies that operate like this. Good riddance.

    Horrible experience. I used them for LCL, incredibly expensive (they must have charged me even the cost of their toilet paper), very slow delivery and questions answered with a one word email (when answered). I will never use them again. I'll go back to using post office surface mail which is way cheaper and it takes the same time! Adiós

    Used Unworthy many times, then stopped because of problems, started to use again but nothing charges, they put my cargo in Charterlink after agreeing to use Eagle, just tried to fob off the issue and dont really care. Tool from late Friday afternoon to midday Monday to get images, then only partial, not until almost mod day Tuesday to get the remaining images.
    Cargo poorly packed on pallets inside down, unevenly and partially wrapped in pallet wrap.
    Used a ridiculous exchange rate for freight to suit their own needs market rate 1.31 used 1.225 !!!!! they know they have you over a barrel holding your cargo.
    Ive had cargo often go missing in charter link, few pcs here and there, not worth insurance claims, biggest was about 500$
    my advice try do full container or get everything in writing including number of free days, rent charges etc.

    Well my original review of ths compnay was as below ....I would really urge anyone reading this to find another company to ship your cargo. I have shipped numerous items around the world especially with moving several times USA HOLLAND GERMANY DUBAI AUSTRALIA and more and these people have created the worst experience I have ever encountered. It went on at lenght about hwt they had done However afetr finally getting ti soeak with Alin the bos he decided to put himself in my shoes and fully understood why I was so iunhappy with them We sorted the problem out amicably there and then. He was somewhat amazed at what had occured and after all in another country with an agent fo theirs he wanted t dela with the matter So I have ths say Problems will occur when doing anything its the human nature involved However its what the problem causer or responsible person does that counts As such my review has gne form 1 star to 4 on the 16 of May It would have been five had it been easier to sort the problem When Alin got hold of it It was easy

    I have used UGL a few times for shipping upholstered furniture worldwide. And have always found the staff helpful and full of knowlege being able to answer any questions or worries I may have and will help you every step of the way will use them again and again thank you for a great service :)

    Just want to thank UGL export team. Jason and Ian really helped me with my recent container export to Singapore.Communication was excellent throughout and they never moaned when I kept asking questions. Only issue was driver running late, but they still called me to let me know. Really professional but always had time for me and rate was really competitive as well.
    Great work and I will make sure I use UGL again in the future.
