What a great company. Customer Service was top class. Spoke to a very kind lady "Anita Kapoor". She tracked my parcel and kept me informed every step of the way. Parcel was intact. I will definitely recommend them and will use the service again.

A package which was collected at 2:45pm (UK time), was already delivered to our customer by 12:30pm (Switzerland time) the next day!

The best service, the team is truly remarkable and goes out of their way to help. Sending drivers to meet me when I was on deadline and helping in anyway they can! Jotie who I worked with closely, has been incredible and a total star always doing her best to help and get things done! Great service, great price, honestly could not be happier.

I had a very important package to send to India, and all the big brands were quoting silly prices and being obscure about delivery times due to Covid-19.

I got in touch with UDS via a recommendation and I’m so glad I did.

The cost of shipping was negligible and the parcel arrived within 5 days to a rural area of India, very impressive!!

This business continues to illegally park their trucks all around the neighborhood around JFK. They have been told numerous times to find legal parking and stop blocking public parking but they don't care. They don't care about anyone but themselves and that's clearly evident by their Chapter 11 filing a few years ago. Good job not repaying your debts and parking your garbage trucks all over the place making everyone's lives more difficult.

Good job parking your trucks in JFK area. EZ Worldwide Logistics/Universal Delivery Solutions/United Business Express (all the same company) can't even afford to pay for parking! Forget about this company, they'll waste your time and hard earned money.

EDIT: I'm not sure how you can say what I would or wouldn't do as we do not know each other. I certainly would do the same if it was FedEx or DHL illegally parking all over the neighborhood. They don't though. Delivery is important, you're right, but also not impeding everyone else's lives is also important. I hope your company works toward bettering yourselves instead of making poor excuses for your actions.
