Shocking experience, found out from carrier that uniexpress benefits from holding cargo. None of the information was relayed, on top of that shipment delivered with zero notice. Plenty of other ethical companies, stay away from this one.

In excess of %30 damage on a single delivery!!!!!!!!!!!
Their responses are most of the time very late if any at all. They do not provide useful information to you and overcharge the maximum they can.
All in all, we have not been impressed with the way they operate and treat clients.
We won't use their service ever again even for free, as the possibility of some thing goes wrong with them highly likely!
In terms of their negligence on the damages caused, they referred us to claim off our insurance, saying under their terms, they won't be responsible for any damage!!
