Be aware of these brokers at this company. Nicole Hastings is a very bad broker to deal with. She will lie to you to get load booked. She gets mad when you call her out on it and will accused you of lying. It's a long story to explain, but be careful with this company. If you book a load with them, I don't know about the rest of them but if it's Nicole. Hung the phone up and save yourself the headache. By the way, I was on time to pick up and delivery. Made Trinity look good with my ontime services and got repaid with a problem And cheap rate. Just remember getting paid detention is out the question with this company. If you don't mind getting played out your detention is will be the number one company to book with. But detention is important. It give a company pressure to have you unloaded in time giving. Without detention we will be at a company forever trying to get unloaded. Not enforcing this is bad for the carrier, driver, and industry.

The absolute worst company to work with. We did a load for this company on short notice, helping them out. When it came to payment they would not confirm the BOL so that my driver could get paid. They would not help in any way. They put everything on carrier relations and we never received any help. CARRIERS BEWARE...SERIOUSLY!!

Aukerman Transport LLC: We booked a load with Trinity Ligistics (Jason) in WA State with same day pick up and delivery to a job site. We were on a tight schedule with Trinity; being our 3rd load of the day. Jason was great communicating with us and the job site to ensure the load was able to be delivered on the same day since we already had a load commitment the next day. The pick up and delivery was seemless with great communication. Also, payment was very fast. We would definitely work with Trinity Logistics (Jason) again.

The bad reviews are true! Broker communicated bad information to us regarding a load our driver gets on the site and is not able to get the load due to the Trinity requesting the wrong equipment. They refuse to give a TONU!

Watch out when you book a loads with this broker. They will sell it to you and to a few other carriers. Until you have it in your inbox don't count on it. Very unprofessional.

I had an item shipped from Atlanta and used Trinity. The item was wrapped from the business I bought it from and on a skid. Trinity shipped the item to about 50 miles of my location where it sat for 10 days at a terrible small local transport company who didn't answer their phone and kept my item. When they finally answered the phone the lady told me they don't deliver much to my area and were waiting to fill a truck....After sitting in their warehouse they finally loaded my item on a box truck and delivered it. I ripped open the top part of the wrapping to confirm it was my item and signed the delivery acknowledgment sheet. As the truck was leaving my driveway I cut the rest of the wrapping only to discover my item ($ 1,200 dollar Bizerba Deli slicer) was badly damaged. It fell from the table it sat on that came with it. Someone cleaned up the mess because there was no debris, re-wrapped the whole skid and then delivered it to me. Within 5 minutes I called the delivery driver and of course she didn't answer. I called Trinity and they were going to 'get right on it'. Jared Aubert set up a claim with Roadrunner Transport who actually shipped the item. After 4 months of 'intense investigating' (that's a joke) they turned down the claim and I'm out $ 1,200.00. dollars. Trinity is worthless. If I could give them -0- stars I would. My next contact is the Attorney General of my State. Do not deal with these people. You've been warned.

this brokerage does not have a passion for drivers if there is an opportunity to avoid this company, they will not pay you for a simple payment will not be good luck to everyone on the road, God bless

We got held up with our previous unload before we could pick up their load, they were patient and understanding that sometimes these things happen. I'd definitely work with them again.

worse company you can work with. i covered a load with Kristine Sanches to be picked up on Friday 07/23/2021 i called a night before for pickup location her co-worker said you get the address in the morning drove 200 miles away to pickup they canceled on me. they wont even pay Truck order not used. very bad company dont work with them............

One of the worst brokerage companies ever if there is a problem or an issue with your load dont expect them to solve it , they will never answer or help you anyhow. Or pay you for detention or any other fees

I booked a load with Dean Bumgarner and never received the rate confirmation. He won't even answer his phone. It just goes to voice-mail. I guess hes afraid to talk to me or something. They won't respond to emails either. I had to call their main number and they knew nothing about the load. Apparently it was canceled or given to another carrier for a cheaper rate. Can you imagine if I, as the carrier, decided not to show up for the pickup and let nobody know and refused to answer my phone? It's the same thing. This is extremely unprofessional. I know not to book loads through them now. I won't work with brokers who do business this way. They will not be given a second chance and the one star rating will remain.

Edit: There's nothing you guys can do for me unless you want to give me 200 bucks for tonu. But that's not going to happen bc there's no record of anything. Everthing was agreed to over the phone. Dean ghosted me. This copy/paste response down below literally means nothing and does nothing for me.

My experience with Trinity logistics was not good! I give them a 1 star. The capacity manager by the name of Griffin G.just lied and kept me sitting on a load of bad product for over 30 hours. I told them that I had a family emergency and I need to get home which turned out to be the passing of my brother. Griffin said that he would take care of me and then did the opposite. Shame on you Trinity logistics!!! Beware of this company!! They don’t pay their bills!!!!

Don’t do business with these amateurs 1St load lied about load weight I was overweight 17000lbs and 2nd load right after last one was canceled after driving 2h.

My dispatcher put me on a load from MN to OH through Trinity. Was to deliver the Friday of memorial day weekend. Was told no appointment and I got there at 4 pm. Receiver told me then I had over 20 trucks ahead of me and it would at least Saturday before I got empty. Well that turned into 11am Sunday. Tried to leave to get food and shower and was told I’d go back to the bottom of the list even though truck stop was only 5 miles away. TRINITY kept saying not to worry they would pay detention but after all that time they would only pay 500. Total bs considering I missed out on 2k on next load. I’ll never haul for them again

When shipper is rude and cursing you over this company will turn around and say that it's you who was rude for not to pay TONU after keeping you there for 4 hrs. Looks like they will do anything for not to pay you. If I could put negative 5 stars I would do that.

DOUBLE BOOKING LOADS

Whoever is the hiring manager for the manchester branch is the absolute most unprofessional employee on earth. Do not waste your time with them. They leave you hanging waiting after you pass all requirements untill they need a driver then they will call you. They have the worst system in place for hiring. Go anywhere else.

Broker (James) intentionally scheduled an OVERSIZE cargo without notifying the carrier and pretended he didn’t know.

I lean heavily on this brokerage for my truckload shipping needs. They offer great service and I can depend on them to pick up and deliver on time. Justin is a great account manager and is a pleasure to work with. I can't tell you how many times they have saved me headaches. Great job!

Horrible experience, booked a load from NJ to OH beer load, asked who is going to issues the liquor permit broker said he will do it and will forward to me. After a while I wrote the email to the broker about the permit received no response, tried to call broker never picked up the phone no answer on email. Never will book a load with this brokerage company since they want drivers to violate the DOT rules.

Bad communication. Not trustworthy. Booked a load with this company, signed a Rate Con. Driver was already on the way to the shipper. They never provided with the pickup and delivery addresses, and the girl on the phone said she hit a wrong button and told me she will re-send the Rate Con with the address in it. She never did. Every time I called back she said the manager will soon send her the address. Nonsense. Waited 1.5 hours, and then someone called me to tell me that the load has been cancelled. Time and time again I'm convinced not to book with this company. Don't deal with this company! Since our last load with them years ago, this company hasn't improved. They didn't change their ways of doing business. Very unprofessional. Save yours and your driver's time.

Hi Truckers, I book the load with them and rate con show weight 14972 lb but shipper load me 49595 lb, which is unacceptable, I take to them they say gonna pay extra, and it was Friday evening, Beware I hope delivery gonna be safe, God bless

Carriers beware.
They do not pay detention on FCFS loads.
They will explain it to you that, for example your appointment is 0800-1600 and your detention will start 2 hours after 1600 which is 1800. For real Trinity. Do you think shipper or receiver will stay for additional 2+ hours ?
Let me share my other experience with trinity logistics.
5/26/2020 1500 my driver is getting empty in Janesville, WI. We are picking up for Trinity Logistics at 1700 in Janesville, WI going to Chicago, IL. 1.7 miles to the shipper. Taylor who I booked that cheap freight with is calling me and telling me with the smile on her face, that she is pulling me of the load because I am not empty yet. 2 hours prior my appointment I am being screwed by Taylor and Trinity logistics.
Carriers know that it is almost impossible to find load time of the day.
I ended up loosing money and coming back empty handed.
Trinity rule. Such for us carriers.
So dear Carriers let’s go together DO NOT USE TRINITY EVER AGAIN. Let them move the cheap freight by them self. Let’s teach them a life lesson.
Customers/Shippers stay away from Trinity. They are not worth your time and money.
At the end Karma will pay Trinity back for everything.

I booked load from AL to IL with Trinity Logistics, last week! Broker was Madeline Heupel. Im not gonna talk about price everybody already how bed is market.My delivery was Friday fcfs 8 am-2 pm,hour before I arrived I call the number on the rate confirmation and I the lady from receiving office she told me ‘they don’t have any delivery on schedule for Friday. I call immediately broker Madeline and told her what they told me,she said she will check and let me know what’s going on in 15 minutes...After 20 minutes I call she didn’t know anything new but she said she working on this problem. I arrived Kankakee around 11am like I said hour after my first call, lady repeat the same story and show me the schedule for Friday ( no delivery for today). Me and my dispatch call Madeline,she already was with her supervisor after 2 hours keep me there for nothing.Supervisor I don’t remember the name tell me ,first open appointment time is Monday 1 pm! This receiver never work without appointment time And they sell me load like FCFS.. I lost next load (Weekend load) and Trinity Logistics pay me 500$ for 3 Day for this. Madeline was really unprofessional she laughed all the time on the phone. Supervisor just said Im sorry but shit’s happened all the time. I needed to wait 3 days to get unloaded. This company laying carriers! ‘Great experience’ with Trinity!!!

I am a over the road truck driver, born and raised in Millsboro, Delaware. I am a company driver and my dispatcher deals with finding loads. She had me run a load for Trinity Logistics. Everything was smooth. I personally think Trunity is a great business. Roll on and take it easy. God bless and be safe.

We attempted to haul a couple loads with Trinity. This was with a customer that we do a lot of business with. We continuously ended up having drivers sit because the customer had not been given the load info needed. Trinity's communication was less than satisfactory. They refused to pay TONU. Would not recommend using this company.

Did a load from Salinas to Seattle and the truck was held at the shipper for 6 hours and the broker sent us the revised confirmation with $200 layover and when we received the payment we did not get the layover and when we talked to the accounts payable they told us that the broker took off detention after sending us the new rate confirmation and we were told the broker will call us, but we never received any call.

Great company to work with. Complete invoicing on time and reply to emails immediately. Brittany is an amazing help when
missing something or have a question on what is being billed. Could not as for a better carrier to work with.

Booked a hay load through them a few weeks ago, repeatedly asked the broker for detention for the driver because the receiver made him wait for over 6 HOURS!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Then the broker stopped replying to our emails!! Utterly disappointed & will never book with trinity again!

One of, if not the worst freight brokerages in the United States. They will lie, ignore and mislead people into thinking they are working hard for you. They only work hard to increase their profits. I've called for years about loads they post on the load boards. They are always 44,000lbs + and the cheapest load on the loadboard. The other day they had a somewhat decent rate on a load so I booked it. I found out later after I got to the reciever the load was 2 days late and a different appointment had not been made. The broker never gave me a heads up. I ended up sitting for 4 hours trying myself to get the load accepted without any help from Trinity Regardless of it being their fault, they never called the reciever to try to get the load accepted They ended up taking my word the reciever wouldn't accept the load and they had me drop it at a different warehouse 55 miles away causing me to drop my next load which paid excellent. Trinity never offered compensation for their issues. They just said we will get the load straight after you get empty. A total wasted day, loss of over $1500 in revenue and not a single regret from this broker. Trinity will never get my business again. I'm not losing anything but a headache by not dealing with these people.

We arrived ontime to pu in Rural Hall, NC there was a small problem with a couple 1/2 inch holes in the roof made by the last receiver. The customer where we were docked said no problem provided I repair it with silicone not tape which I had. They even produced a ladder. These people lied and blamed it on the customer after they had approved the repair. We're invoicing for TONU $275.00 if they don't pay we will provide the court information. We're also reporting them to our Factor who will probably flag them as a bad risk. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I would think twice before doing any business with Trinity Logistics.Back in August,2018 I derived a load for them in MA and when it comes to payment they took $500 from my check claiming I was late for my appointment tried to get hold of my brocker (NC) and he kept on giving me the run around “Call me next week,call me next week” I’m not in the office later .I tried to contact customer service using the email they provides and nobody got back to me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKERAGE COMPANY! THEY ARE LIARS. THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD! SO THINK TWICE AND FIND ANOTHER LOAD WITH ANOTHER BROKER!

this morning i booked a load with..........when my driver arrived at the shipper on time..... the shipper told my driver that this load needed certain trailer requirements that my driver did not have...... neither the broker or the rate confirmation the broker sent me said anything about these trailer requirements. if someone had told me about these requirments, i would of never booked the load
use that^^^^

this miscommunication has cost me and driver almost an entire day, problems like this could be easily avoided if somebody from the brokerage would of said something

now the brokerage is refusing to pay any compensation for the wasted time and fuel. they are refusing to even acknowledge that it is their responsibility to give the driver everything he needs to know the pick up the load

ALL OWNER OPERATOR/DRIVERS/DISPATCHERS please beware of this broker "NICK COLLAWAY'. This guys never responds your emails, if you have a situation and call he will put you on hold forever. We book a load for him from FL-MA in which delivery was today FRIDAY AND product was rejected. At 10am we sent BOL showing rejection and lumper receipt. He never answer the emails, we gave him a call to follow up, in which he got very upset because we were doing our job in asking him if he read the emails and what should be do with the watermelons. This guys went off on me very disrespectful, using profanity even knowing he was speaking to a women, threatened me stating we will be responsible for the product and he will take along as he wanted to get back to us!! Well here it is 530pm, my driver is still stuck in MA, he sent an email about 10min ago just stating to trash the watermelon and didn't send a revised rate con. Our company tired calling Trinity to speak to a manager or someone that can take actions for something like this and NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP! The lumper was $225, on the original confirmation he only added $130 so we are due $95, we sent several emails with the receipt, and he didn't answer! WATCH OUT FOR THEM!!!

I booked a load with Dan LoFrano, and we came on time but had to wait to deliver three days. Both the customer and the shipper knew about the delay, and the shipper told the driver that Dan LoFrano knew about it as well, LoFrano didn't tell me anything to save money. When I asked him to pay me layover of $500 for the three days, he told me that he will only pay me $150. Since then, I have not received any money, and LoFrano told me he will not pay me any money because I called the corporate.

Dealt with Brenda and Brent on a load picked up in Los Angeles going to Boise, Id. We had a delivery appt on a Friday at 1pm. We had a return contracted load to pick up that day. When the driver arrived to deliver we were told that he would not be offloaded until Saturday. To top it off, Trinity did nothing to help, with the fact that they gave us a rate based on a Friday delivery. I had to be the one to keep calling in to get the driver off loaded. Trinity did absolutely nothing to help! Lost our haul back load, and the contract for one year on those loads! Trinity didnt care about our livelihood, they just wanted their load delivered period. Horrible broker, very careless!

Horrible experience with Jillian Bowden. We picked up a load in New York for her going to California. The driver was rejected at the time he went in for delivery because the appointment was not set up properly. Jillian insisted that it was set up properly and demanded that we go back in right away for delivery. We sent our driver in where he was again refused so we went in twice for nothing. She then started screaming at us on the phone to intimidate us and told us she's going to reset the appointment for 5am next day and we better be there. I told her we want layover $150 for our trouble and for lost time and she went completely nuts over the phone with the yelling and screaming. I told her I had enough and I've never been treated this way by any broker before and put my foot down. She finally sent a rate confirmation with an added $100 and here comes the best part. She reset the appointment for 5am the next day and we didn't get offloaded until 2pm. I asked for detention since the rate confirmation said 5am appointment and she threatened freight-guard reports, DNU status, fines etc. After the load was delivered and we submitted the paperwork she quietly shortpaid -$1500.00 hoping that nobody would notice. The trip cost on our end was over $3000 including her failures which we were not compensated for. Jillian behaves absolutely despicably and I recommend honest carriers to stay far away from Jillian and her horrible practices. I can only imagine what kind of games she's playing with her customers but I can see from the reviews that we're not the only carriers that she has screwed over. I hope this company can lose Jillian and her deceptive practices. Until that happens we will not haul or do any favors for Trinity Logistics.

Trinity Logistics is a very dishonest group of people. I recently booked a load with one of them. They let me haul their freight and this morning after I delivered their freight I got a phone call from Jay Kretz to let me know they were going to deduct my rate. His reason: It seems that his customer was unhappy with the type of load leveler we used to bridge the freight. Nonetheless, on Friday when I talked to the shipper they were just fine with the way we bridged the freight. It seems to me that this group of people are in the business of letting the carrier do the work and then finding excuses to cut the rate. Beware of their dishonesty

I dealt with the Trinity team for more than 8 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. Nothing always goes according to plan and Trinity was always there to get it back on track. From LTL to FTL Trinity always had a solution to my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality 3PL that both works hard and has extremely competitive rates.

Awful... I picked up three loads out of North Carolina for Kurt and Tom out of the Minnesota office..the loads were going out to arizona while in route one of my trucks broke down I called the broker and the receiver everyday to let them know my progress as we went along well needless to say I delivered one load and had to go back to where one of my other trucks had broke down to pick up his trailer so it could be delivered...we'll the last 2 loads were there on the same day as we're sitting at the gate to be escorted in to unload the police show up and say they were told we had stolen the loads and we're holding them hostage...which was a lie..well after we finally were unloaded the broker gives me a t check for 2000.00 the loads actually paid 14000.00..well as we left and stopped off to get fuel with the tcheck he had given us..the code was canceled by the broker..no fuel and I have 3 trucks sitting...not happy at this moment...Brokers like this should loose there authority to broker any freight at all..we as companies and as drivers bust our asses day and night to get these people's freight delivered..we should not have to work for free...
