    Excellent service provide by Claire Crane and the team at TFA Logistics. Sending our beloved dog from Ecuador (South America) to the UK with KLM, a process which could so easily have been a long, costly and stressful experience, made easy and straight forward thanks to Claire.

    Claire was a great support throughout the process and we're very thankful for everything you've done in a very short space of time!

    Highly recommend and would not hesitate in referring Claire at TFA Logistics in the future.

    Used TFA to take our retriever Hector to Lanzarote and back to the UK. Used twice and in the process of doing it a 3rd time. A pleasure to deal with and everything went without any problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Our dog's wellbeing is paramount to us and if we didn't think TFA was upto the job we would not use them. Simple as that. They are and we are happy with that.

    Poor company. Bought a ticket for my dog with them from MAN-EWR-SJO and I was continuously chasing them to set my reservation in stone. I booked kinda last minute, about a month in advance and yet I was calling to check to see what flights I could do, if it was booked and even if my payment was received. Felt like I was doing their job. Had my dog on a 16 hour layover due cause they said 6 hours was too short, yet a call to United took 4 minutes to fix and get on the right flight. After an issue with my transport I let them know of my issue and that I intended of requesting the money back and they went radio silent. Look elsewhere.
