I have recently ordered a food trailer from China and used T ward shipping to help me clear customs and deliver the food trailer to my address.

We have used T Ward several times for some small and some larger imports from China via air and sea. We had previous experience of using larger courier and forwarding companies but these guys offered a more comprehensive and clear service. Shocking experience with this company shipping goods from China. Was quoted one price then turned out to be another more expensive price once I accepted the quote! The delivery didn't arrive on time and they told me they were going to have to charge me extra money to speed up the delivery!!!! Yes that's right I had to pay extra for them not delivering on time !!! Then to top it off the goods were held randsom until I paid this extra fee and they even tried to charge me for storage!
Staff have an awful attitude and no remorse or apology offered for not delivering my goods within the agreed time frame. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and his attitude was even worse so I guess that where the staff get it from! Will not be using this company again that's for sure ! Some of the worst customer service I've EVER experienced!!
