    First and last. Will not be doing business with Swiss again. One lie after the other, goods which were intended to be delivered in 6 to 8weeks have now not been delivered in 5months. Last week I was advised the goods are finally in Harare and will be delivered Monday, to no avail. One box has been separated and not sure what will come next. If you want unnecessary stress, do business with Swiss Global. The worst shipment company I have encountered. Better pay more for professional conduct and peace of mind. I feel sorry for the lady at the customer service desk, very polite and try her best to help, despite the failures of the company.

    Swiss Global one of the worst shipment company to Zimbabwe right now, not professional at all, they never tell the truth always a different lie each time you call, sent goods to them August and September up to now haven't reach Zim yet one excuse to the next. Potential customers be warned take your business elsewhere because Swiss global so unreliable.

    I have used them twice and I been dissapointed. Lack of communication and lies. Sent boxes in August to arrive in Zimbabwe in 6 weeks and each time I or we called are given different times of arrival. Please be honest and truthful and keep your customers updated and informed. Very poor service. I won't be using them again and I do not recommend.

    My goods that I sent a month ago on business class still have not arrived ,I have been doing the follow up myself and staff seem not to know anything .At this point I don't even know whether my stuff will ever arrive or if ever it was sent.I am very disappointed and annoyed.

    Service was very poor and staff very rude, hanging up during calls when trying to make a follow up on my shipment that should have taken 14 days to get to destination however its 30days now and still nothing.

    4 to 6 weeks delivery took over 3 months. They send an email after 4 weeks saying the goods had arrived in Zimbabwe but can not be delivered until full payment had been received which was a not true. Goods had been fully paid. I had intended to use part of the goods during my visit but had to return to UK without achieving what I had planned. A bit disappointed. They used to be good . They should tell their customers the truth.

    This is the worst courier services ever. They lie, they are not responsive, they take up to six months before your goods arrive. If you are sending your goods with them allow not less than six months otherwise, you will be disappointed. Pathetic service! They dodge phone call queries, they bounce you from pillar to post. Your goods can take up to 2 months before they leave their warehouse. They take over a month after they indicate that the goods have been cleared by immigration before they contact the receiver. They do not always deliver. Just anything that can go wrong, they specialise in that.

    My box was sent on 24 August. I paid for air freight business class. This service claims to get parcels delivered within 7 to 10 days. Today is the 17th of September and its still not delivered. I recommend that you use coedma freight or zim goods as they actually get your stiff delivered within 14 days.

    I have used Swiss Global for several purchases now. They were very good when communicating to me once my items arrived at their warehouse and ensuring I first approved that all my items were there before they shipped all my items to Zimbabwe. Everything always arrives packaged nicely. It's a very seamless experience. I will continue to use them to ship my items to Zimbabwe from the UK.

    Used them to send 2 parcels to Zimbabwe, one of them arrived and the second hadn’t.

    Has taken them months to do an ‘internal investigation’ but still can’t seem to locate the parcel or give a reasonable explanation.

    Refuse to give compensation for the lost parcel with a value of over £500 and refuse to refund the shipment cost.

    Avoid at all costs

    I left my stuff with swiss on the 25th of June...using their business rates. After i went there on the 7th of july i was told the shipment was handed over to the airline on the 1st of july. Today is the 26th of July my shipment has not arrived and i have no word from them as of wen it will arrive. This is the worst courier i have ever used. The worst... If you call they never give you a proper response and the best you get is let us look into it. Do not waste your money with these guys

    These guys are good.I've tried others in the past with unsatisfactory results mainly from poor customer service. I've used Swiss Global 3 times for air freight from UK to Zim & each time received professional service. There will always be out of control problems with logistics but keeping customers informed is the key. These guys have always done that with me. Highly recommended.

    I can understand that items get delayed in transit however this is a norm for this company. NONE of the previous packages that I’ve sent with Swiss Global have arrived on time and there are always errors. For example, on one occasion I was overcharged 10—15kgs. Despite my dispute I was asked to pay the full amount and resolve the issue after. When it turned out that I had been overcharged, it took weeks to get a refund for the overcharge. That’s just one example of the many errors and delays.

    Online tracking portal full of errors and incorrect information. The portal is supposed to show what dates the consignment is supposed to be at a given time and indicate with a Red Amber Green colour code if it is delayed or on time. When there's a delay, they change original dates instead of colour coding Red (indicating a delay).

    They never respond to complaints. At one time, i was given a 'fake' email to send my complaint and it obviously bounced back!!

    Air-freight charges for a sea- freight service. If this was a one-off, I would be happy to let it pass. But this has happened on EVERY occasion I’ve used Swiss Global.

    Never had issues with over the past 2 years. Covid19 has had a big impact on most companies. So when we experienced delays we understood. What is important is they delivered.

    I have been using them to send goods to Zimbabwe for 5 years now and they are reliable.

    Nothing has ever gone missing. Which is a bonus... as you our services in Africa can be challenging.

    However it would be great if Swiss Global answered the phone more promptly.

    Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Goods never arrive on time if ever, worst case scenario is a watch that took over 1 year to be delivered, only for the recipient to alert me that the watch they received was used and an older version of the one I had sent! The one I sent was new, got lost at Swiss warehouse, took over a year to buy me a replacement, only for my sister to recipient a second hand Fitbit charge 2 instead of a charge 3.

    Over a month ago I sent camera equipment to Malawi by air as usual, last I heard the equipment somehow found its way to Kenya, instead of Malawi and till I have heard no communication since !

    Swiss, is a clear example of how not to run a freight company or treat customers!

    I have used Swiss Global with some anxiety here and there but all my goods that have been delivered have made it good condition so far. I do however have one elusive package that they keep acknowledging they have but has never made it to me. Ndokumbirawo rug rangu please.

    They repack your things
    Did a sea freight and We had one shoe from another persons cargo and the head of a doll from someone elses.
    Think before using them.

    Avoid this company, they are so rude, theytook stuff from the box, box was delivered open with stuff missing, when we called them they said we have to collect them from their office, it was 2 bottles perfume they charged us £30 to deliver to a UK address. However perfume was not the only thing missing and they denied the responsibility. Promised us the goods will be in Malawi within 7 day it took almost 21 days, what's on there website it's a scam. Do not use them please am begging you. Am going to take legal action over them so they learn to do things right.

    I have my parcel items sent by SEA FREIGHT now and honest very bad service. My parcel took 3 months when it says 4 to 6 weeks on there own website. I called so many times and keeps because of covid 19 its delays. OK no problem what about 2 years ago when I parcel from AIR FREIGHT

    I have also sent parcel to malawi over AIR FREIGHT on 2017 and 2018. there was delays almost 5 weeks later.

    Am so upset with these guys very unorganised they can't help with anything. They keep increasing price will not use these guys.

    They are very unreliable and probably scammers. They picked up a parcel using TNT from an 85yr old man and they never delivered. Now they are taking advantage of his age and just pushing him from pillar to post.Customer services, complaints resolution team, managing director, human resources manager are all the same person ie. owner of company

    Sent shipment end of september 2019, 8weeks on and its not arrived yet nor anywhere near final destination. I was told 4-6weeks.
    Baby clothes won't even fit by the time it gets there. Big dissapointment

    Update: Sadly it arrived 30th january. 4months on.

    This frieght company is a joke they have had my container for almost 3 months and they dont even seem to know where it is every time I call I'm told we will call you back that call back never happens ,they all seem to be clueless and dont know how to run a business .Their customer care is down to zero

    I sent my consignment to their warehouse on the 31st of September 2019. My consignment was meant to leave on 2 October 2019 to be delivered after 7-10 days. My consignment still hasn’t been delivered. No update, no apology from Swiss Global. Also the other time my mum got the wrong parcel earlier this year. 2 weeks ago we booked for them to come and up our other consignment, no show, no update and no apology. I’m disappointed in Swiss Global. We’ve used them for years. They really used to look after their customers but not anymore.

    I decided to give them another chance. They even did worse. Delivered my parcel after exactly a month. 5 Dec 2019 to 6 Jan 2020 At first they gave me a wrong ref number with some ones name and they were even rude about it when I made this complaint. I checked with their offices in Harare if my parcel was at their offices. Got the confirmation of my consignment being delivered at their offices and took them almost 5 days to deliver to my recipient in Harare. The owner even went after my for writing a review on their experience. Instead of apologising for the poor service. Very disappointed with Swiss Global. Wouldn’t recommend.

    This company used to be great couple years ago when it was still new. I sent my goods with them in September 2019 to Malawi
    4 months later still waiting. Keeps changing dates and i now believe my goods are lost. I am going to open a complaint about this company, if anyone else has had problems in the last few months, goods not arriving don't let them get away with it. The customer service has been awful, i have asked for their complaint procedure and the answer is will get back to you and they never do.

    I have had a nightmare of an experience with SWISS GLOBAL FREIGHT. I dropped my parcel at their Nottingham office on 30th of November 2019 and made a full payment on the same day. Its now almost 6 weeks and I have not seen my parcel. I tried to contact them (several times) and they would promise to look into it or promise to phone back but they never did. I am still to wake up from this nightmare...

    I have had the worst experience dealing with this company. I am trying to send a parcel to zimbabwe and have had issues from simply arranging collection of the parcel which seemed a struggle for the swiss global team. They have had it for over a week and provided a delivery date of two days ago but I am calling them and being told they dont know where it is and will update me when they know for 3 days now. Even calling them is a nightmare taking 6-7 attempts before you manage to get a hold of someone. This is the worst service that I have ever received and I would strongly discourage anyone from making the mistake of trusting them as I did.

    Swiss Global were amazing when I started using them a few years ago. Friendly and reliable. And I have recommended them to everyone I know in the past. However the level of service has slipped so dramatically in the last 6 the point of literally no service at all. The WhatsApp bot is a nightmare and no response from customer services. You're left hanging on a constant basis and when your shipping arrives is anyone's guess. It takes longer than 7-10 just for them to get through the paperwork to despatch a consignment, let along ship it. I would no longer recommend using this service.

    I have recently used Swiss Global and i am not happy with their service. They are no longer answering my calls and i asked to speak to their Manager and they refused. The ladies i was dealing with are ignoring my messages and phone calls. My relatives havent recieved the parcel in Africa. It's been more than 2 weeks now. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service. They are unprofessional and unreliable!!

    I weighed my parcels before they collected and when they gave me the price and weights it was way off to what I weighed it at.over 15kg was added try and support our brothers in business and they over charge us and scam us this way is afraid it was my first and last time conducting business with this company.
