Please don't use this shipping agent! We shipped two 20" container with this company and they change the departure date for our container and never told us. They switched it to a vessel leaving two weeks later and the only time that they informed us was when I requested an update. This was then to late and the container had already been load. No apologise from them they just said that it what is and I had to get on with it. The they messed up the paper work for the container and delayed them by another two weeks in the uk port, for which we had to pay them an extra £744 in demurrage and quay rent! I asked them to help me and delay this payment as we were only going to get paid once the container had been delivered and they just said that I had to pay now or they wouldn't deliver the container. Worse company I have every shipped with and I've been shipping from the Far East for 20 years! PLEASE DON@T USE THEM

What a surprise we had when using Supreme Freight. We had never heard of them but they popped up as the nominated forwarder on our latest shipment. Tried them for a comparative quote and they were very competitive. Not only that but Verity was very informative, helpful and a quick replier.
We decided to give them a try based on the gut feelings as much as cost and was passed onto Emily who has continued to show the same level of care and performance.
Every step of the way they have been great and I would recommend them to anyone. I've been importing goods for small/medium business' for approx 15 years now and I can't recall better service.
Well done for being a surprise beacon in a sector with notoriously bad customer service.

When Brexit happened we needed someone to sort our import declarations, and I sent requests to quite a few companies. However, Supreme Freight answered first, explained everything we needed to know and were very helpful. Verity deals with all of our declarations and she is wonderful. Due to a huge error, I had a truck headed for Calais - Dover ferry with no customs clearance. A frantic Google search turned up Supreme Freight Services and I emailed them explaining my situation, not really expecting any help by not being known to them and at such short notice. Verity replied in minutes and with no fuss whatsoever had my paperwork done and my vehicle/cargo cleared for customs. I cannot recommend Verity and Dave highly enough. Thank you.
