Very very BAD Service

If i could give minus stars even that wouldn't be enough. Nobody picks the landline number. My consignment is stuck with them for the past 15 days and neither they reply on mails. Manish Panchal if you are seeing this review , this is clearly for you and your pathetic team. I called them 50-60times a day and not even once anybody picked the call.

Not even 1 Star for this company, Worst service providers, no respect towards customer, unprofessional behavior.
Never choose them as your service agent.
No support at all.

Awful! Absolutely awful service. The phone number doesn’t work and they won’t respond to my emails. I’ve been waiting for my package for 20 days with no response.

Totally unprofessional company, FedEx is associated with it and you always find GST issue and no one reply on it.

Supporting all 1 star reviewers, I had same issue regarding GST claim after clearance, and No response at all. As per me Fedex is also responsible for this, as they are saying for clearance this is only agency they are working with. I thought scam of both to get all IGST credit.

My package was shipped through Fedex and held in New Delhi. The company, nominated by FedEX, has been unhelpful in providing proper guidance for clearing package.

They do not respond on time. They NEVER pick up landline numbers. They delay reply to emails also. This delays entire shipment clearance process.

BOGUS company, FRAUD Company... Highly Irresponsible Company. Never do any business with them.

Avoid Dealing with them at All Cost. I wonder how FedEx has continued with such a company to rely for its shipment clearances. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

They make customer fool by providing huge amount of invoice during custom clearance. Their phones are not reachable and also employees are very arrogant. DHL and UPS is best. FedEx is just fooling business

Pathetic service, one month and we still neither get material no one to contact over phone, if your material goes to Sun Impex, you can relax for a month as they don't care, worst services

The clearing agent will say he will call back and he won't. Then he'll block calls. Terrible service. I don't know why FedEx uses them.

Worst clearing agency hired by a global company like Fedex. They do not respond to emails nor to calls. Surprised fedex works with such cheap company where there is no professionalism. Please avoid Fedex if you have any shipment which needs clearance from customs
