Being a part of a freight forwarding network adds to the credibility of the freight forwarder and to the expected level of service.
If you're thinking about doing business with this company .... RUN THE OTHER WAY. They are unprofessional, irrational and do not have the customer's interest at heart. If you're looking for a partner that will help improve your business practices and product flow, this is not the right company for you. They are retaliative and the leadership here is seriously lacking. Read reviews on Glass Door from employees, and then look up their "headquarters" here in Ga. Not the professional company you want to spend your money with. Aside from the fact that they are an importer, yet know nothing about US Tariffs. To protect your company, you may want to pick a logistics importer who can look at business in a fair and reputable way -- Hope to see them out of business.
Seems to be a good organization to do business with; however, there are some red flags in reference to employment. I applied for a position there and made it to the final round it was canceled because they decided to just go with the first person they interviewed. I had a presentation to give that I spent the entire weekend preparing for all for nothing. That was a red flag to me, please keep this in mind when applying there.
