Very unprofessional company. We wanted to ship our car from Ecuador to Switzerland and got really screwed by SpediTeam because they did not do their homework. All in all everything that could go wrong did go wrong with no real help from SpediTeam. The shipment would have never succeeded if we ourselves could not speak Spanish properly. We got stuck in the country and had to re-book flights, hotels etc. In the end the shipment for a 20" container cost almost double plus extra costs for flight rearrangement, hotels, etc .
SpediTeam did not carefully research and select their partner company in Ecuador which led to a cost explosion and a withdrawal of their local partner company in Ecuador. We would never do business with SpediTeam again and are very disappointed by their understanding of "Swiss quality".
On the phone, us was told that "We know that a lawyer in Switzerland costs way more than what it is worth to fight for, so just pay the bill". Additionally, the took our car in hostage until we paid every cent despite missing the final bill for the last toll inspection.

Wir haben in der Schweiz einen 20 Fuss Container gekauft, 4 Tage lang beladen und danach nach BC, Canada senden lassen. Ich wurde ständig informiert, wo sich der Container grad befindet und die Partneragentur in Vancouver bereitete alles minutiös für die Abfertigung der Einfuhrzollpapiere vor. Ich musste nur einen Stempel beim Zoll holen gehen und paar Tage später stand der Container bei uns auf dem Grundstück. Nichts vom locker befüllen Inhalt hatte sich verschoben.
Alle Beteiligte Menschen waren super nett, professionell und hilfreich. HERZLICHEN Dank!
