    The worst shipping company I have ever used. Anyone who's reading please stay away!

    Below is a personal experience I had with Snowl. I know it is a long story but I want to let anyone who's reading this a full insight into how this company operates:

    I sent the boxes from UK to HK in December, they claim that the boxes will take 8—10 weeks to arrive but actually it took 6 months. In March I received an email from Snowl saying it has been past HK customs, meaning my parcels are already in HK.

    From there was a 3 months long battle with their customer service tracking where my boxes are and why they are not delivering them. Their only excuse is «Pandemic is impacting our services» and «Delivery dates are being confirmed» Really? It takes 3 months to confirm a delivery date? Also this is infuriating because I have friends and family who work in logistics and I know for a fact that the pandemic is not impacting logistics anywhere near as bad as April.

    If you look on their website's tracking service doesn't actually work, and they don't even have a phone number to call. Every time I email them it takes around 3 days for them to reply (Not that their replies are useful at all). Their other ways of contact is Wechat(which is unavailable) and Line. I have asked them multiple times for a contact number and office address and they will refuse to give it to you. They even withhold any documentations that a customer should be entitled to have, the only documents they gave me is invoice and a custom clear notice number which doesn't mean anything(I know this because I complained to HK Customs regarding this, they told me I should have other forms of documents from the shipping company but I don't). They won't even show you their import license even if you demand it.

    At last they contacted me in June to deliver my boxes. I received an email from them at 11pm stating that they will deliver on the next day with no indication of delivery time… So I unwillingly took a day off from work and stayed home to wait, only to be disappointed once again with no one turning up. So I contacted their customer service and their response was «Sorry we had ran into some issues, will try again tomorrow». So I asked them what kind of issues did they have and what time will you come tomorrow, then they basically just copy and paste the same message telling me the same answer until I stop asking (Still won't tell me delivery time). The next day no one called until 3pm… luckily the driver showed up around 5pm and I finally got my boxes!

    Having wasted 2 days of holidays and many months of chasing, I definitely would recommend anyone to stay away and look for alternative shipping options as they are very unprofessional and irresponsible. No compensation were offered at all by the way.

    Terrible time arrangement waste my whole day for waiting boxes collection! Driver was nice and polite but those people sitting in office constantly changing route for driver cause big inconvenience for customers!

    浪費我一整在等收箱子! 不斷改路線我早上被通知是下一站結果被排到最後!你們坐在辦公室的職員一直改路線你們認為自已比開車的人熟知路面情況嗎!? 看之前的評論還自稱每天搬運100個箱子,怎麼安排還是這麼差!毫無進步!不用留言說怎麼跟進了,你已經浪費我一整天的時間了,你可以怎麼跟進?

    It is not recommended to use this service. They typed the recipient's name incorrectly (the recipient's passport was provided), which caused the parcel to be stuck at the customs for almost a week. When I asked them, they pushed this error to others and when we said we will ask the customs in detail, they admitted that it was a mistake made by the internal staff. In fact, they knew it was their own negligence from the beginning, but they didn't admit it.

    If you don’t want to have such a bad experience, then I suggest not to use their service. By the way, I asked some of friends who had used their service, and realized that this kind of error was not the first time. I can only say that it is really unprofessional.

    日前使用貴公司的服務在英國搬家
    這次的體驗非常不好,只能說下次不會選擇這家了!
    雖然沒使用過跨國的海運或空運,但我想這經驗我也不會推薦朋友使用...

    一開始,填寫英國境內搬家的表格中只填寫了收貨日期和地點,並沒有提供儲藏時間、送貨日期與地點的地方,也沒有繳費的指示。後續都是我主動回寄要求確認信並提供上述缺失但必要的資料。不知道如果沒有主動詢問,要如何確保我的訂單內容????

    再者,後來是我主動加中文客服並再傳詳細的資料才獲得回覆。這中間我們支付了六天的儲物費用,卻在應該收貨的前一天早上被客服告知會提前在中午送達。但我們原定的日期就是為了配合我們交屋的計畫,才能讓行李進入。為此我與客服來回詢問這中間是哪裡資訊傳達錯誤,且收據明細清楚表示我們的儲物時間。

    得到客服的回應是,可能是與物流之間的傳達有問題,就因為這樣,我們來回奔波協調,好不容易安排好,客服卻又告知我們會按照原定日期送達???進一步要求我們提供更詳細的收件資訊,比如房屋大門、門鈴照片等,這行為我認為沒有什麼問題,但這應該是要到收貨當天才要求的資料嗎?當初提供收貨地址時,也沒有被告知資訊不足,或應該要提供更詳細的資料,為此我們還要趕著取得照片並回傳。

    過程中詢問物流是否已經提前抵達,或是否已經出發,都需要通過層層手續才能得知進度。當時還被告知英國物流司機不一定可以打電話通知???收貨當天司機還是沒找到正確位置,對!就算我們事前已經想辦法又生出了照片...

    這整個服務體驗真的讓人很錯愕也很無言,客服沒有錯,物流司機也沒有錯。但公司與合作物流的溝通不良不應該是由客戶來承擔吧!你們可以說,東西還是照原定日期送達了,但中間錯誤資訊的傳達造成的麻煩,是只能我們自認倒霉了吧... 常在台灣人在英國的臉書社群看到廣告與宣傳,但經過這次經驗,我只能說實在不推薦大家選擇...

    非常非常糟糕的公司,服務極度差勁。客服人員一問三不知,聯絡溝通很有障礙,問題一大堆,預約好指定收貨時間也被一改再改,來回奔波處理造成非常多麻煩,花費一堆時間精力在處理貴公司因為溝通不良而出的包,這種服務和態度讓人連一顆星都不想給。

    海運速度很慢,Fine,讓人極不推這家公司的原因竟是收到海運包裹後。
    報關行莫名其妙用我的名字去報關後,衍生出一筆「國際航線貨物商港服務費」。
    這張繳納單寄到我家後,SNOWL客服表示SNOWL的財務單位會處理-請我不必理會。但是經過兩個月後,我又收到催繳單,再次聯繫客服,回覆還是一樣...時間又過了一個月了,還是不處理,相當不負責任的公司,極度不推。

    非常不負責任的物流公司,包裹入境法國衍生的關稅遲未繳納,之後更以別的包裹的繳費證明搪塞,造成許多困擾。
    You may want to reconsider using their service. They did not pay the tax charged to my package while sending me a payment proof of another package tracking number after I tried many times contacting them.

    9月初寄出的海運箱子,不到三個月就收到了,中文客服會隨時更新進度,期間有問題也都會很快的回覆,比起之前的負評價改善很多。
    唯一令人不滿意的是,收箱子的安排不是很流暢,在約好的時間快到突然更改時間,導致一整天都在等收箱浪費掉了。

    Communicatioon with Tony was fast and straighforward. Despite the complexity of my collection/transfer the quotes were given in a timely manner, as well as delivered in a timely manner. There was unfortunately a traffic incident on the day of my move therefore pickup was delayed, but this was understandable and communicated to me beforehand by a polite lady. I will definitely consider using SNOWL Shipping in the future.

    They got the wrong delivery date and claimed that there are “misunderstanding and payment issue”. In fact, there aren’t. I wrote them email for compensation and they are not even replying . It is evident that they are just AVOIDING ISSUE.

    First, they are not professional because they type my address wrongly. After, they said there was no space to write the address on the package and it made my package can't send to Hong Kong.

    Also, they requested us to contact Hong Kong Post Office by ourselves. They didn't provide any support or customer service to us. It shows that they are not responsive and professional because they can't provide international standard and service quality to customer.

    Never use this company service!!

    Beyond expectation services from friendly and helpful Thai staffs!! (I'm Thai so I mainly contacted with two Thai staffs; Khun Fern and Khun Aleen). Cheapest and reasonable price when compare with other logistics. Totally recommended!

    This firm had their customers waiting for their boxes for a good 5 MONTHS, and the apology letter is full of excuses.

    Please go for other service, unless you have to wait the boxes for 5 months.

    Snowl did not provide any detailed information which I have to know (eg. BL tracking and ship vessel). They kept inform that it is confidential.
    As we were told, Snowl intentionally abandoned our boxes, and it has to be confiscated due to the custom regulation.
    Lastly, one of our customer has to contact the office directly and going through the auction process by herself.

    Long story short it was the worst moving experience I have ever had.
    The driver didn’t bring a trolley even though he knew I’ve got 8 large boxes along with other stuffs. He’s very rude and when he couldn’t find a parking space on the street, he just left and leaving me there without knowing what to do or if he’s going to come back. When I contacted the company suggesting that I don’t want to their services anymore because of what happened, they refused to give me any amount of refund since they can still “deliver my stuff in time” if the driver came back. I will never use their services and will actively tell all my friends not to hire them as well.

    I rated it based on my own experience

    -Delivery takes significantly longer than what they present on the website (been over 12 weeks and still waiting

    -The manager claimed to update the shipping situation at least every Monday, but did not do as promised, leaving customers clueless about how the items are doing.

    Also, he/she claimed that there would be no good Christmas for them until the problem is resolved, so I later emailed them to ask about the update and guess what! “we closed during Christmas and New year” said the staff.

    Moreover, if you ask any question regarding to your items, they never answer. They would write a 1 page-long essay babbling how already they work hard and nothing is their fault, but NEVER really give a useful information you need, in order to track your boxes.

    If you look for a shipping service, I would NOT recommended this one, unless you like dealing with lateness, hollow promises, unprofessionals and headaches.

    This shipping company is a terrible disperate. It does not have any responsibility to take care of our shipping. It abandons our shipping. There are many people face to this issue that we can't get our shipping and difficult to contact with them both SNOWL and third party to deal with the shippings when they arrive in our country. They don't do any response and ignore our case. Yeah! It is cheap, I mean the quality of the service is extremely cheap and low service.

    The responsibility is super-low! Customers need to deal everything by ourselves. The customer service is useless- s/he claimed that his/her duty is forwarding e-mail without detail for contact other people in the company. CS only suggested customers to visit the company in the UK by yourself to meet Head of the company.     - BREACH THE CONTRACT
    The company claimed “Delivery would take 8-10 weeks”. The packages have sent since September 2019, they have not delivered anything until today (08/01/2020). As a shipping company, it’s there duty to provide BoL number, ship vessel and other relevant information. However, this company keeps denying to provide such information. Don’t ask your customers to understand your position when you’ve never provide a clear and genuine explanation to customers.

    - BAD COMMUNICATION
    There’s no updates from this company AT ALL, unless we contact them first. We are trying to approach them via email, Facebook and Line which they rarely answer any of our answers/inquiries. This company never provide active updates/relevant information to customers as they’re supposed to do.

    - TERRIBLE SEVICE
    When we contacted the company for using this service, they replied us within 2-3 hours. After we made a payment, it took them 4-5 days to answer our email. Furthermore, they deleted every comments on fb complaining how poor is this service. Is this how to show your sincerity? Is this how you’re treating your customers? Take a look at below comments, those are how they response to customers’ complains— blame it on customers, blame it on Custom Clearance, blame it on the politics. They love to blame everything but themselves.

    - NO RESPONSIBILITY
    Customers are relying on the contract stated “8-10 weeks delivery”, when the contract is breached, damages caused to the customers. This company is legally responsible for the damages, but all they offer is a “spa treatment”.

    Plus, we have to contact Phoenix World (the shipping broker) on our own. It seems like the reason behind blaming the Custom Clearance service is because Snowl Logistics hold back documentations for taking packages from the port and don’t make a payment to them on time, which causes delayed delivery. Are they going to tell the truth to customers? I bet they’ll keep continue their bullsxxt.

    After you finish reading, it’s your consideration to use this company’s service or not.

    Ps. If your lot number is TH20190920OF, please contact me. Approximately 30+ customers who uses this service are currently waiting for the delivery are willing to bring this case to the court.

    9/6寄出箱子,至今日12/23還未收到包裹,將近四個月的時間,遠比服務說明表示的8到10週還要多出非常多的時間,客服也只會用制式的說詞回覆,甚至收到複製貼上的內容(因為字型樣式不同,完全可以辨識出來)連敷衍都超沒誠意,只會把責任推託給台灣海關或是報關行,溝通過程中允諾的通知時間也未能遵守,客戶得「主動」且超級「積極」的提出疑問,才有可能獲得回應,他們提供Line跟email兩種方式的客服聯繫方式,兩種我都試了,還是超級難得到有建設性的答覆,跟機器人自動回覆能獲得的資訊量根本沒有差別,甚至還得接受額外的情緒反應,超級莫名奇妙!
    他們在清關結束前的服務過程中,都沒有提供任何電話號碼可以直接了解自己的包裹狀態,直到清關結束才提供此報關行的電話 +886-2-2426-7136 (EXT:206) 提供給跟我一樣等不到包裹的冬季衣服,冷到感冒發燒的受災人士。

    Though my box was delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, they kept me informed regularly. I am impressed that they keep a close monitoring on the delivery process despite the peak season and the unpredictable factors that may affect the process. I also appreciate that they offer a sincere apology and a good reflection on how things could have been better. At the end, my box was able to arrive before Christmas so the goal is achieved. Well done.

    9/8從倫敦寄件12/21都還沒收到,如果台灣清關比較花時間,一開始就要說明!不是講個8-10週就帶過。客服的態度也很糟,沒收到貨品寄信去問還弄的自己像奧客。我使用Cubic另外寄的海運一個月前就收到了,費用也差不多,非常後悔使用snowl,非常糟的經驗。

    DO NOT USE this shipping service, very unprofessional.

    No one should use the service that has a DUMMY tracking button on its website. By having dummy tracking button ("my shipment" button), it means that you cannot track your parcles on the website. Only way you can do is to contact them via an email which they have a same answer for every question. One of the most genneral answer is your parcle struck at custom clearance process, but they unable to provide any official documents when me or my friends was asking for.

    Also, even it stated in the website that your items would be delivered to you by 8-10 weeks, you should not believe that. My stuffs have been sent from the UK to Thailand on 24/8/19 but it did arrived on 14/12/19, which took nearly 4 months or 16 weeks!!! On top of that, some of my friends ,who send items in the same order with me, still do not get their stuffs!!!

    Very disappointing service. I have posted my boxes 4 months ago and they used different excuses (like things can’t be delivered due to HK protest where the day had no protest) to delay the arrival date. Was staying at home whole day every time they claimed to arrive on a certain day. Unfortunately, no one contacted me about the delay. They are very irresponsible and I do not think people should trust this company.

    If you really want to move you stuffs and receive your box on time, GO FIND OTHER SERVICE FOR YOURSELF.

    Never thought a company like this would have existed at the first place. Not just the late shipment, they pretty much hold on to all information that the customer like us should know like Bill of landing number, ship vessel number and etc. They really don't want you to be able to track your stuffs, and if it is late : Blame it on Custom office! which is totally untrue. Staffs are not responsive ,useless and they have a poor communication skills both in English and Thai, never answer the actual questions you ask. Also care so much about their reputation and deleted all facebook post from customer asking for their shipment so they would have no bad reviews! yay!

    It’s a TERRIBLE service and I will NOT RECOMMEND to use the shipment service from SNOWL.

    I’ve been waited for my boxes over 8 weeks which is more than they mentioned on the website. STILL, I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY MESSAGE ABOUT MY STUFFS . After I sent emails and messages to the CS team, finally short response came up. I’ve been told that the demonstration occurred in Hong Kong affects the delivery. Also, the customer service told me that the driver only do delivery on the weekends (Sat-Sun), but not weekdays(Mon-Fri). It doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t be mentioned on their website. The driver can directly contact me for arranging delivery but the CS refused to give me the contact number of their Hong Kong logistics department. It’s disrespectful to the customer.

    I am still waiting for their response and action to arrange delivery in Hong Kong by the UK time. Although the price was not too expensive, I would never use this service again. It’s so disappointing to wait for their response.

    very very very bad shipping company and service, I have been waited my boxes more than 2 months and I still haven't receive yet (so waisted my time). I email to them for many times and got useless information back. Last update, I got email that my boxes passed customs clearance process (it takes time nearly 2 months) and it will be delivered from 4-9/12/2019 but I still have nothing. So, today (09/12/19) I contacted them again which they said my boxes will be delivered before 14/12/19 but I would like to ask How company will be responsible, if I didn't get my boxes on time? please answer!!!!

    Also, I recommended to use others shipping company because they have a better service even the price maybe higher.

    Terrible experience. Incredibly incompetent and disorganised. Asked for documents that I had provided previously several times. Lied about ETA and then threatened me with extra charges every step of the way. Complete failure to check their internal system to see if they already had the documents they needed. Would recommend that you use a different service even if it is more expensive.

    SNOWL claims to deliver my belongings from London to Hong Kong in 6-8 weeks. By the 8th week there was a bit of glitch at the customs but the delivery men moved the boxes to my apartment (not the lobby of the building) nicely. By "nicely," I mean their attitude is courteous and delivery as promised. Though there was a little bit of delay (like for 1-2 days) when my boxes were picked up in London, they offered me a discount as I joined their promotional activity (just posted a pic of my boxes onto FB and tag them). For the quality of services I think the money is well-spent. The boxes are sturdy and pretty, and the CS team responds promptly and informatively. Would recommend.

    DON’T use this one!!!!!!!!

    This damn company broke my baggage for a purpose and asked me give extra payment for their box. After having my confirmation they said their boxes were too small for my stuffs so they asked me to give more (30 pounds) for another extra box.

    My thing finally arrived today and I just found I lost some of the things (luxurious items) and I’m planning to go for a police.

    I can’t believe there’s such company on earth

    Very pleased with SNOWL. Excellent service, even though the main shipment was delayed for approx. three weeks at Thai Customs. However, we were kept abreast of all developments and our things arrived (four large boxes in total) exactly as they had left the UK. In fact, we did call the main office once and the phone was answered straight away. The boxes are ideal; robust yet easy to fold, they are professionally printed so that all necessary information is given on the box (destination, method of transport, shipper's declaration etc.).

    We had assumed a transit time, by sea, of approx. three months. In the end, it took nearly four, but then we did ship over the new year and weren't surprised that this might cause a delay. The cost of shipping the four boxes, including insurance, was very competitive and we intend on using SNOWL again. There may have been a slight delay, but the main thing is that everything arrived in pristine condition, delivered "door-to-door" from over six thousand miles away.

    We used Snow Owl Logistics and, unfortunately, the experience was appalling and horrific.
    We opted for a designated time slot delivery for the packing equipment and paid an extra 10 British Pounds for this service, we opted for delivery after 2pm. Delivery Driver phoned me and said he would be there at 10am because he is already on the way, so I had to get to the office 4 hours early.
    I then asked Snow Owl for a refund of the £10 time slot service as the service was not provided even though we paid for it.
    Snow Owl replied "No, only refunds if we don't deliver", I replied, "delivery service of packing equipment is free but you offer a £10 charge for a specific time slot for delivery, we paid the £10 charge for this service but the service was not given, please refund me for the £10 as this is only fair". They gave us a final reply which read "No, only refunds if packing equipment was not delivered".

    We then understood what kind of company we were dealing with. When our shipment arrived at it's destination, we were not notified. We didn't receive any confirmation invoice or shipping note which left us worried for weeks despite trying to seek confirmation. We had to chase up and constantly ask how we were to proceed to receive our shipment. Eventually we were sent invoice and shipping notes WEEKS after the shipment had been delivered to our destination address.

    There are many company's that offer these services and, through experience, we would go with some one else in the future.

    And to TESSA LIANG who posted a review in this review section saying that she received "The best service she has ever used" and comments which aren't in favour of this company is from "Opponents just trying to discredit SNOWL", just because you had a pleasing experience with this company DO NOT discredit other peoples reviews just because their experience differed from your own, because it actually looks like you are doing this for your own agenda.

    I and my friends used this company to ship our stuffs since early September. At first, SNOWL sent many e-mails telling us about their shipping process and confirmed that our stuff would be arrived at 6 Oct, however; it was not easy. Our boxes were in custom clearance over a month and SNOWL charged us about 20% more as additional fees (which SNOWL stated that they were from taxes and service charge). In detail, it was explained that those boxes were charged from the import taxes, examination fee, handling fee, etc. (We also felt curious that some of them should be company’s responsibility, not us). Our first reply declared that those stuffs were all second-handed and asked the company to clarify how much for taxes and each service charge but we have got only confirmation price without clarification. Then we asked for any official documents, invoices or evidences and bargained the price which should not be included. SNOWL still confirmed the price without any official document or evidence with some information that 90% of boxes were dispatched and our stuffs were likely the last and the sentence “This is a lump sum fee for all the five boxes”. So we can’t do nothing but pay. Our stuffs we received are in good condition which is the only thing that we can give SNOWL a star.

    We still keep every mail that we received and sent as the evidences and we also know that some of our friends who use SNOWL service were charged with the same reason. We find that it’s very hard to find or write customer review in their website or Facebook, either

    I do not recommend this company to anyone! I would have given it 0 star if i could. Shipped two boxes from the UK back to Thailand by sea until now it already exceeded this promised time I still haven't receive any of my box. To make it worst, I emailed them several time after they claimed that they already delivered 90% of the boxes and specifically said that if you haven't receive your box then contact them. I did and guess what, they decide to totally ignore my email all week. I do not understand why they are so irresponsible and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed by their service and would certainly never recommend it to anyone. At this point, I just want some answer to why it is taking so long and where are my boxes.

    Informed me 1 months ago they will deliver my baggage but it’s been already more than a months still not yet arrive.
    Yesterday phone on saying that will going to deliver it today but not surprise, is not happening :)
    Worst shipping company I’ve ever used.
