Loading a shipping container there and the staff were friendly and very helpful and nice to deal with.

I have worked there for 6 years. I have found that the management is very approachable if you have any problems whether work or personal. The people I work with are like a second family to me and have been very supportive over the last few months.

I am working for Smylies over 3 years. Its like my second family. The management and the owners looking after the employee. Charity works, Bonuses, Pizzas, gift and goods giving away. Night out once a month (except lockdown) Covid tests twice a week to keep us safe. Across the first national lockdown the management help us out, if somebody struggled to buy goods in the shops, we could order from our suppliers. Management stand behind us and help us out, if we got any kind of problems. People speak english and no matter what nationality you are everybody is looking after for eachother. I am glad to be part of Smylie's family.

I have been working on Smylies for 4 years. I am part of a wonderful team, it doesn't matter what nationality you are because everyone is treated professionaly and appreciated for their work. Anyone is welcome to work in our great team!

I have worked for this company over 3 years and could not ask for better company to work for. From my colleagues I to mangers I class everyone as part of my family. We're all a great team at Smylies.every one is very approachable and want to help each other. Our managers doors are always open to all of us for anything we might need. Pizza's delivered every month. Monthly staff nights out all paid for by the company bonuses at Christmas. Holiday on birthday. Could ask for a better company to work for. I'm proud to be part of the smylies family.

I have been working in smylies for nearly 6 months and I really like it. It's a small company with great values. The small things what the company does for its staff ( buy pizza for all employees at the end of the month, building a second canteen and give thank you gifts for a good week) this makes them stand out from other big company's. I'm working with great people and I'm really happy to be part of a great team :)

Really enjoyed working here. I was only agency at the time and had to leave to look after kids at home. I hope to go back one day, very friendly staff and there is enough work to keep you busy.

Very slow at unloading have to wait hours to get tipped needs organising to get drivers away

Very interesting experience working here. No proper training given. Your shown fire exits and that's it. Working here is organised chaos. No one knows what there doing. Daytime supervisor lady barks orders at everyone. They treat you like animals. Health and safety completely out the window. No fire marshal or first aider on night shift which is run by a girl from agency who been there 11 weeks. Everyone told to use a hand pallet truck no training given and also fire exit door was left obstructed on night shift by pallets and someone said what if there is a fire, answer from night girl in charge use other fire door. Health and safety would have a great time here. So terrible work experience for me here

Very poor place.

Easy to find, staff are good communicators.

Don't allow delivery drivers to use there toilet facilities which against H.S.E rules and regulations. I would drive off with there goods. If every driver did that they would change their tune fast.

Awful service.

I Came here to deliver one pallet. everyone I encountered was miserable and rude.. I imagine it's an awfully company to work for too
