Delivery from SMSA sent me a message,- what time we can you a delivery and ask also about location. I have provided all information by Wats up, but delivery guy came earlier 3 hours and told me if I can’t take now, I can take Delievery in your office.
Can you explain for what i paying for delivery, for what asking about time and location if nobody coming in time?!
I have tried to send messages to your company, but it’s not possible- service gave me answer, you can’t send more than 5 times, but I tried to send just 1, but without result.
I’m really disappointed in your service.

SMSA drivers obviously think customers work for them , they won’t deliver your package as per the address but as per where they want to stop or park and how they feel like!! Very careless and rude responses, customer service is even worse they won’t really take your complain seriously , they just think making sure your package gets delivered is the solution to all the problems ! Your drivers and their attitude IS THE PROBLEM!!! For the driver using the No place to park excuse is simply ridiculous which they are simply used to……asking him to deliver to the floor I am at in alfaisaliah tower seemed like a big deal then taking this photo asking ME to come pick my shipment from him !!!!!!!

خدمه سيئه غير دقيقين في مواعيد الدوام

انا الان الساعه السابعه والنصف والفرع مغلق والشحنه قادمه من مكه من اول امس وامس يتم شحنها متحركها من فرع مكه واليوم تصل بالمستودع ولم تصل الى الفرع الى الان تاخير في تسليم الشحنه ايديهم بارده

I had a very bad experience with SMSA. Until now I have not receive my package from Dubai. How could SMSA hire a delivery driver who cannot even speak and understand simple English. If I am not mistaken from the photo of a driver he is a Pakistani.

اسواء خدمة توصيل مرت علي، لو بتعملوا مسابقة اختيار أبلد وأسواء مندوبين مش هتجيبوا أسواء من كده مندوبين الصراحة. الشركة من اولها لأخرها لا يفقهوا اي شيء يعني ايه خدمة عملا او لوچيستيكس او التزام بمواعيد. يعني لو في اقل من نجمة واحدة ماكنتش بخلت بيها عليكوا.

The worst logistics and shipment/delivery service I've ever seen! If you mean to choose the worst people to work in the company, you can't get that lucky and have all that amount of rude and ignorant staff. You are by far the worst ever. The whole company has no idea what they are doing, and they have zero knowledge of how to serve a customer. If there were less than 1 star here I would have not hesitated to give it to you. Losers. My suggestion to the owner, to close this company and open some small supermarket or something.

Worst company ever

Horrible horrible company and service. Their drivers have no time management. They don't respond at all until they are about to reach your place and that could be late at night. They expect receiver to drop everthing else and just wait for their call whenever they feel like showing up to your door. And their customer service sucks.
