I visit this place because of my work, I deliver and pick up parcels for my company, quickly and efficiently, always nice and helpful staff service. entering the company right after the roundabout, when driving for the first time, you can not make a turn, easily turn back at the next roundabout, go back to the roundabout next to the company and enter it calmly

I ordered an engine and payed £70 for next day delivery, was supposed to come Friday but is now Saturday. They are not answering their calls, it is now weekend meaning I will have to wait till next week for my order.

horrible customer service. the delivery driver did not knock on my door waited outside and complained that we he knocked and we did not open the door for him. he had been sitting in his drivers seat the whole time. when dropping the door off he left it outside my drive and said he would not bring it into my garage which was next to him. called the company and they said there is nothing that they can do to help out and the deliver driver left.

has to be the worst logistics company we have ever dealt with and when you complain you get laughed at down the phone. Pallet track network is a nightmare avoid at all costs if you really can. have to say im fuming customers are treated this way

Trying to get clarity on a delivery we ordered via Beliani. No response to emails for days then they advised they didn’t have the goods when Beliani said they did. When we eventually got to speak to someone we were told a further 10 days despite being ordered months ago on a 7 day delivery. They then told Beliani we cancelled the order! Awful service, highly unprofessional and would not recommend.
