Po 3 tednih je moja pošiljka na drugem koncu Evrope. Iz Milana kamor naj bi pošiljka prispela kot umesna postaja so jo preusmeril v Budimpešto (ker bojda imajo tam preveč dela). Kjer stoji in čaka prvi prevoz, ki bi moral biti včeraj (po obljubah danih prejšni teden). Bo pa enkrat druk teden. Kaj bo z uporabnostjo tovora sploh nočem razmišljati.
Na telefone ne odgovarjajo, po 2-3 dneh se javi nekdo, ki mi postreže z istimi informacijami, ki so na slediliniku. Obljubijo da bojo poklicali nazaj, nakar nobenega klica več.
Na žalost je isti sistem dela tudi v pisarni pošiljateja DB Schenker España, kar mi daje občutek, da je to politika firme.
Kar lahko trdim je, da gre kvaliteta storitev v tem podjetju vsako leto drastično navzdol.
Fantje na terenu/ dostavljalci/ prevozniki so odlični, uprava, administracija pa porazni. Kot da bi bili v 18. Stoletju...
Bo treba zamenjati transportno podjetje....

Cakal na carinjenje 19 dni. Na telefon nedosegljivi oz. Je stevilka objavljena ampak neaktivna, na mail ne odgovarjajo. Poslano na napacen naslov. Placal sem 55 eur vec postnine za hitro dostavo 4 dni. Dostava paketa je trajala 25 dni....pa se to po veckratnem mojem posredovanju. 3 paketi iz anglije vedno ista zgodba. Skratka cas da nekatete sluzbe nekaj ukrenejo, ker je tako ravnanje nedopustno.
Kje prihaja do zapletov mislim, da lahko sami raziščete oz tudi sami že veste. Pokličite na podjetje Fedex in se za zgoraj zapisano osebo pozanimajte kolikokrat sem jih kontaktiral če lahko zadevo pospešimo. Kako poteka komunikacija med Vami in Fedexom ni moja težava. Moja težava je samo to, da sem plačal kot zapisano 55 eur več za hitro dostavo. To pa zato ker je vsak dan zamude za določen paket stal mene oz. mojo stranko 45 eur!!! Bil mi je dan tudi kontakt carinjenja ob katerem je celo zapisano da ste vedno dosegljivi. 3x pozvoni in prekine....verjetno je to avtomatski odzivnik. Skratka 3 paketi 2 iz anglije 1 iz amerike. Vsi preko fedexa in carinjenje Schenker....čisto vedno ista zgodba. Poimensko oseb ne bom izpostavljal (ubistvu niti ne vem s kom sem govoril), ko sem po 5x posredovanju za hitrejše reševanje od telefonistke zahteval naj mi na telefon prosim da nekoga od nadrejenih je bil odgovor, da te ga ne more. Da so oni Fedex to poslali naprej za kontakt Schenkerja pa mi je posredovala že zgoraj opisano številko. Skratka veliko sprenevedanja, nepotrebne izgube časa in stresa. Imam občutek, da se leta 2021 to ne bi smelo dogajati....in da tudi korona za vse ne more biti izgovor.

No response to my calls and emails regarding my package, causing it to be stuck at import for weeks. No idea if/when I’ll ever get it.
re: response from owner -- I called the number listed here on Google, then was transferred a few times between departments. Finally the person got my info and said they'd call me back regarding the package, from whom I've never heard from. And this was over two weeks ago. I've since sent a couple more emails with no response.

Had me fill out a form in a word file like I'm smuggling contraband. Charged me heftily for everything, including the email they sent while holding my merchandise hostage (4 eur). Were extremely slow, wouldn't let me pay on the spot and had me send them a bank wire, which is very slow in itself. Despite it all, they still can't afford a website that would automate this, like any normal shipping firm. Terrible, just terrible.
