1 April 2020, Sandford Freight stopped service on sending out our packages until they received authorization in writing to charge the card on file for storage until the end of June 2020. On 8 July 2020 Teresa advised our company they were closing their Felixstowe warehouse on 31 July 2020. She stated we had two options; “pull the freight and deliver to a place of your choice’ or ‘remove cargo to new warehouse’ which she quoted 330 GBP to move 8 pallets. When Teresa provided this quote she never mentioned SANDFORD was the 'new' warehouse. After the thousands of pounds paid to Sandford Freight it is a shame this is the treatment received especially in the current climate with COVID-19. I do not recommend this company.
