Driver showed up at our place to make a delivery and she made about 30 attempts to back up to dock and could not do it. i had to pull all nails in the trailer floor / clean floor then pull load out with chains , a week later another driver showed up that could not back up.

It's a great place to deliver and pickup loads from and the staff are super friendly

After working for this company for a couple of months, I have nothing but good things to say about S&S Transport. They have truly been great to me and an important part to my growth as a professional truck driver. I strongly recommend this company to any driver that has 6 months or more driving over the road. Here your not a number or dispensable as long as you handle your part of the deal in terms of safety and professionalism. You are part of the team and known by name by everyone in the office. Best experience I had since I left coaching football.

Very hypocritical people, insensitive, inaccurate and belittling the actual good employees till they leave. I imagine the company having a stupid Pikachu gasp look on their face when the company dries up and they wonder why.

This is the second trucking company I've worked for and I can tell you what a difference. From Brian in recruitering to Susan in the warehouse everybody is friendly and helpful plus the equipment is top notched and loaded and for me being a first year otr driver it's a plus from having the CB to the TV makes road life easier. Furthermore you not a number but a name and nobody breathing down your neck because as long as you make your pick up and deliveries on time you won't hear any complaints and if there's any downside it'll be the terminal in Grand Forks not having a driver lounge and trust me I'm grasping at straws with that complaint

I've been here almost a year and am treated like I've never been treated at a company before. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!

They refuse to let drivers in the building to use the bathroom. They expect them to risk their lives for them but don't have the respect for them to simply allow a bathroom break.

I was hired on the 8th of last month. I was given a KW out of AL. The truck had several issues. I didn't complain and did everything that was asked of me. Yesterday I was called into the office in ND. I was told that I was being let go. When asked why I was told they could not answer any questions. I also have my 3 year old son with me. So I was given until 5 to have my stuff off of the truck, having to throw away the majority of it. I live in NC and was told that I could get a bus ticket at my expense for me and my son. While trying to contact a Lyft my son and I were told to get off of the truck. No remorse was shown at all. So with this being said remember how you all treated me and my son. God does not like ugly. You will be hearing from my lawyer soon.

Possibly one of the most professional companies in the US. Dispatch always has my next run planned while my trailer is being unloaded and does not set unrealistic expectations on delivery times. Communication is easy no matter who I need to talk to. I have always received my requested home time without any headaches. I enjoy walking into the office and having the freedom to chat with everyone there for a bit. Any concerns or problems I have felt I have run into is communicated and resolved quickly. They know me by name, not a number. I am very happy that I found S&S.

Great place to work. Every place has their pros and cons. Here is no different. Teamwork people. Understand both sides of the coin before criticizing. If there is a problem. I know the door is always open at operations. Either is Brad or Brian. Utilize it.

Most unprofessional trucking company in the area, possibly ever. Mike the dispatcher constantly gives loads that can’t be dropped off on time, and blames the trucker for not being able to drop the load at its appointment time. Unrealistic expectstions of it’s drivers as far as dropping loads go. Sharon, the HR woman, also doesn’t care about the well being of the drivers. Don’t give your 2 weeks notice with this company, or Sharon will let you go on the spot and say “oh but you quit, so we didn’t let you go..” while giving you a constant attitude. My husband needed those last two weeks for our well being.. but screw your workers right? If you want to quit working here, just up and leave that day. Because they care so little about you, they will leave your family out of work for 2 weeks and not bat an eye. S&S doesn’t care about families... don’t bother with this company.

This facility is confusing. There are 4 different businesses using the same building and only 2 are clearly marked. The lot isn't paved, so if it's wet be sure to bring your boots
