Drivers beware. These guys make up the rules as they go then try to change the rate after you deliver. Ive never dealt with a more disrespectful company. we picked this load expecting to deliver Wed They said we could not deliver because they had not set up the rigging crew. so we sat for free until friday waiting on their crew. At 3 am from sitting our truck clogged up and derated and we couldn't move. Let them know asap and ended up having to reschedule for Monday because it took the mechanic all day to fix it. Finally got it delivered and now they want me to pay their rigging invoice for them.

This company give to you wrong size of the load ..then you go pick up the load and figure out it is bigger … than they say “that’s your problem “!

This broker is very bad to work with, truckers beware! They will harass your drivers, even when drivers are pulling oversized loads. They call 6-8 times a day and night when O.D. loads can't even travel at night. If you are looking to be harassed work with them, if not work with any other broker.
They also try to double broker freight, i know first hand as they tried to double broker one of our loads. Stay away!

Our Company found ourselves in need of a new carrier after many years with what we thought was an amazing freight company. Usually that can be a nerve racking experience, but we chose Reckart Logistics. Since we realized what we were missing out on. Josh and Scott made it a point to come to Florida and introduce themselves in person. Their entire staff is always professional and courteous with our staff and more importantly with our customers.
