I would describe radius logistics as superlative; as a logistics company, as a service provider, they are of the highest kind, quality, and order, supreme.

They operate like a large company (i.e., they've never said they didn't have a truck for me) but their customer service I like a small company (i.e., they make us feel like we are their only customer)

I cannot speak highly enough about radius and I hope the provide the same great service for my customers.

Our small family business has had generally positive experiences with Radius. We've used them on a three occasions and, on all but one, they have delivered as expected - on time and with hassle free customer service. However, during our last delivery it seems there was a miscommunication between Radius and its shipper. Our equipment didn't arrive when promised and little assistance was provided by Radius when we brought this to their attention. Following delivery we raised this issue with Radius, since the delay in delivering our equipment had a significant impact on our small business. While it took some time for Radius exec to respond we appreciated the steps they took to address the situation.
Mistakes happen. But we would consider using Radius again based on their response.

Radius is my go to for freight shipping. The rates are great, customer service is excellent and they are willing to go the extra step to make sure our customers product arrives on time and in the condition it left us in. Radius contacts our customers to make sure that all their needs have been met and there are no surprises on delivery like scheduled times, gates or tailgate lifts which mean no unexpected costs to us.

They go the extra mile to find options when trying to deliver to rural places and personally contact the consignee to ensure delivery times and details prior to shipping. The office staff are always helpful and willing to take phone calls for questions and follow ups on deliveries.

Fantastic customer service! Daily shipment tracking, personal customer service contact and reasonable rates. I have used this carrier to serve multiple LTL shipping lanes and have had no issues.

Worst service ever. Was told 1-4 days processing... today marks 14 days and I called to track my shipment and was told it may be here tomorrow at sometime but they couldn't give me any other information.
