Our small family business has had generally positive experiences with Radius. We've used them on a three occasions and, on all but one, they have delivered as expected - on time and with hassle free customer service. However, during our last delivery it seems there was a miscommunication between Radius and its shipper. Our equipment didn't arrive when promised and little assistance was provided by Radius when we brought this to their attention. Following delivery we raised this issue with Radius, since the delay in delivering our equipment had a significant impact on our small business. While it took some time for Radius exec to respond we appreciated the steps they took to address the situation.
Mistakes happen. But we would consider using Radius again based on their response.
