These guys are the middle men. I booked though a company in Qatar only to find I had a £755 bill in the uk in addition to the fee I paid in Qatar. I was told if I did not pay my belongings would be destroy by HRMC, however I did some digging and found out they were being stored with a haulage company not in the port. On reduction of the bill to £505 I was then asked to pay that amount by the end of the day. They use the company CDS haulage so maybe just go through them directly....as I feel like they are making a huge profit out of this situation.
