The worst company at all!!
They steal our money !! They took money for new semester which the school closed before the new term started!! And they didn’t answer the emails or answer the phone and they also closed their office!! Unfortunately I am leaving Qatar and I need my money but I will go to police first to open case!!

After schools have been closed due to COVID-19 on March 10, Tri Logistics never reached out to their customers to explain what was going to happen with the fees collected for the second half of the school year for the services that had never been provided.
Even though the company was not responsible for the school closure, parents should have been informed about the company's decision how do they intend to deal with the funds collected. The second of the two installments was meant to cover the period of 5 months, from February to the end of June. As barely over a month of services was provided, the option should have been offered to customers to either refund the unconsumed amount pro rata or, at least, to defer the fees for the next year.
Nevertheless, Tri Logistics rather chose not to reach out, at the same time ignoring all the emails and not answering the phone calls.
Very disappointing and beyond unprofessional!
