    Completely idiotic protocols. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
    They called me to let me know my package could be picked up at a pick up spot and wither I could come to them to pick it up or they could leave it at my door this time if I give them permission (because no one was home the first time).
    But when I get there and show them my i.d., they said they couldn't give it to me because my address was different - and I spent needless time trying to prove to them I was who I was.
    When I told them someone called me to tell me my options, the lady said "yeah, that was me". So you're telling me I can give you permission on the phone to leave the package at the door, exposed to the world, but I can't pick it up because I chose to deliver it to a different address!?!? She then said "why would you do that for" well I'm sorry but that is an irrelevant question.
    I could go on but after 5/10 minutes I finally got my package with an email reference.
    Again, worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

    What a disgusting company. One thing I can be sure when something gets shipped to me via Purolator is that I will not get it in time. Not once, not twice, not three times have I gotten an e-mail from Purolator claiming “receiver unavailable” when I was at home and waiting for delivery. That causes me to have to go to some warehouse, where the employee at the desk will come up with every possible excuse not to do their job. Customer service doesn’t get any better - it actually manages to get worse. The rudeness is unbelievable, both at the phone and in person, and there’s no way to contact them via web form - why would they want to address their failures in writing? Here’s some unsolicited advice: change your field of business, because you’re terrible at this one.

    Very negligent customer support and shipping teams. There is a lack of coordination between them, and their negligence is the reason I lost my package. They are off the hook by pretending to investigate something, which is clearly a case of theft by someone inside. I am out 800$.

    I am a small Business a Reclaimed Wood Artist and I have been shipping my work out for over 10 years and use all the major shipping companies. Last year there was all kinds of Fraudulent activity to my Purolator account and I was being charged for items I did not even ship, the cost was astronomical and this happened with 3 invoices. After many attempts through phone calls and emails most of it was taken care of but there were still a couple charges that should not have been there. Because this process was taken so long they started sending me late charges months after months and this started to add up. I continued to try to get this resolved with no luck, a year later and they are still not fixing the problem. If you are looking for a shipping company I would stay far away from Purolator and choose another shipping company. This is coming from someone who has been shipping products out for over 10 years.

    I had ordered a package that used this company and the delivery driver left it down the street and across the road(I will tell you how I found out!) Ive been tracking this package since the estimated delivery of last FRIDAY! I called to follow up and ask why it said that it had been delivered at reception! Which it hadnt been. I waited on hold for over an hour and a half! the guy on the phone told me that it was delivered at my residence and to check around my property which i did and it wasnt so they opened a trace file and after a few days of waiting and me calling to follow up pretty much that they are closing the file because their delivery guy said it was delivered at the correct address. Which I will tell you it definitely was not!! How i found out was--which btw was a couple of days later! my neighbour down the street and across the road brought it over to me! If he wasnt an honest neighbour I would not even see nor would I be compensated for this! I can have my neighbour confirm this!! I mean what would have happened if my neighbours--whom which i have never spoken to btw never brought it over to me? I guess I would have lost my package and money?? Terrible company! Terrible customer service! Will never use purolator again! Do not use PUROLATOR! They will lose your package and say it was delivered to the correct address when it wasnt!!!

    The worst courier company. Never delivered on time. Their "On vehicle for delivery" then changes to "Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable" even though I'm at home all day, and then you have to go to their warehouse yourself to pick up the package or parcel yourself. Their working method dates back to the 1900s compared to others cie, who notify us by email or SMS or phone call of the delivery time or even that the delivery truc approaching, Purolator does NOTHING even if you call them and ask for something similar. I wish them bankruptcy as soon as possible.

    They have effectively lost my wife's $400 package sent from the UK. It arrived in Canada, then the tracking claimed an incomplete address (wrong - the address was correct and all the driver had to do was to enter our building and come to oour apartment door). The same tracking entries over five days, then, after three days trying to fix this, today the tracking says it's being returned to sender. This is the most incompetent delivery service we have ever had the bad luck to experience, and we shall never use them again. PUROLATOR STINKS! AVOID THEM LIKE COVID-19

    Absolutely downright useless customer services. Call and spend almost 40 minutes on hold, to be told your package requires longer shipping time and it's still in Toronto! Not able to get a word in edgeways to ask why no updates online, to be condescended and told I need to give personal email, contact number before they'll give me any further information. Typical package arrived this morning with no tracking update. Not to even mention the countless times drivers don't give a care for packages and damage them to denying it when I watched him. Do not use this courier service ever.

    Driver keeps going to the wrong house. I dont get my packages and purolator bracebridge does not answer the phone.. after waiting over an hour on the phone. Trying to correct my issue I went to purolator in bracebridge there was no customers inside so I decided to call again to see what happens same thing no answer.. even with no customers they just ignore the phone. absolutely horrible service they are delivering to the wrong address and won't pick up the phone to correct it.

    The driver always leaves the parcel in the front lobby without bothering to call or bring it up to the apartment.

    No matter how much time and effort, if they screw up the customer pays the price. No results other then frustrating anxiety driven experience. do not use this company, go old school get a cab, tip the driver to help carry it up
