The girl with long ponytail is very polite, friendly and knows how to do her job. hopefully this company treats her right because she is very good at this. i wish there was more guards like her everywhere else because guards like her are the backbone of the company and deal with so much bs. I’m a regular at this warehouse and I never leave reviews but yesterday I came here and it was a mess. It took me 3 and a half hours in line just to get to the shack so I can get my container loaded. The two boys in there didn’t even know what they were doing. Not sure if this was due to the three day weekend or due to the fact that the girl who is usually here was missing. I’ve never had this sort of issue when she’s here. She actually knows what she’s doing. But for next time, need to make sure whoever works in the shack is properly trained and knows what they’re talking about. Hope for this not to happen again

friendly , but strict on appointments. Must wear a mask there, but overall everyone is friendly and the loaders are fast and do a great job. The office staff is respectful and funny.
