Had a few shipments over the years. Never any problems and good value for money. Can only say good things.

Used these guys a few times over the years. Not sure if it's a part time operation but they seem really bad at getting back to you with answers (unless you're a new customer). Also there have been a few avoidable mistakes. On the plus side they're cheap.

Imported some sofas form China. First time ever doing something like this. Rob was very helpful with all my questions and charged a very competive rate. Wouldnt hesitate to use again

This company lost half of our shipment and denied any responsibility for it stating that it was never part of the shipment in the first place! The result of their incompetence is that we have lost a lot of business and we will not be using this company again. We are now having to go through the small claims court to try and claim something back. Our advice is to use a professional organisation that is well know and not just a one (or two) man band, which Power Forwarding seem to be!

I thank both Robert and Erin so much, they are very helpful and very pleasant. Im new with import and they are help me every step with very good price even though i'm not very good english, they are still know what i want and understand me. Thank you very much both of you. Moved a 20 foot container for us from factory in china to wiltshire, few issues at the port but no fault of power forwardings (trading standards involvement). They had the shipment clear of customs through UK HMRC and transported on to us with our cargo all in great condition.

We contracted with Power Forwarding in 2019 to collect a pallet of items from our supplier in the USA. When it arrived at our warehouse in the UK it was clear that the pallet had been mishandled and half of its contents were missing. Power Forwarding have denied any responsibility for this and so we are in the process of taking court action to recover our loss. Please do not use this company. There are plenty of other, more reputable ones out there who will lokk after your goods and take full responsibility for their care, which Power Forwarding will not do!
