PakMail did an extraordinary job of retrieving a vintage (read fragile and old) communications receiver from a Connecticut resident, boxing the receiver, crating the receiver and shipping it via Fed Ex Freight to Ohio. I came in at 2:30 Saturday 30 min before they closed looking for a large oddly sized box to for a computer to check on a plane. There was nothing remotely the right size (not surprising I was after 30x30x16). They built me a box extaly the size I wanted in the 30 min before they closed. Awesome customer service, Thank you guys!
