Packair are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!

We have been looking for a full service 3PL company for our new business and came across Packair.com as we needed a customs broker.

It was clear that their customs brokering service was top notch. They offer a seamless, professional service that makes life so easy as an importer.

We then discovered they also offer warehousing and logistics.

We had 60 boxes delivered to our home from our overseas supplier, as we had been turned away by some of the nationwide 3PL services. Within 24 hours, Packair came and collected all our boxes, processed them and shipped them to our customers. We hadn't even completed the paperwork and they were already organising a way to help us through our crisis.

The entire service ended up costing us LESS than we had been quoted elsewhere, even though they sorted it out last minute. We also benefited from their discounted shipping rates.

Best of all, was their customer service. Salvador and Shahab are incredibly friendly and clearly care about the service they are offering. A lot of logistics companies say "we'll deal with operations so you can focus on the important things like sales and customer service" - these guys actually live by those words. Simply amazing! These guys really helped me out, and have a great deal of Brokerage experience. I've used them several times for Import and transportation shipments, and they have come through for me. They have been very helpful in providing guidance and information prior to our dealings with foreign companies, which have helped us avoid problems at US Customs before they happen.

Dealing with Hans initially sounded great, shipping our truck from Houston to Cartagena Colombia for 40% less than the next lowest quote. Unfortunately over three weeks of working back and forth to get this ship booked, we were told all was settled and I had submitted payment. 10 days of no response to emails and a call, I got Hans on the phone to be told that nothing was booked and the date he told us was no longer available. We tried to continue to work toward a solution but as our new shipping date was only two weeks away, we ended up booking through another company which took 48 hours from start to finish and are now heading toward the port. This situation ended up putting us in a bad position as my girlfriend's US visa is near its expiration and we're rushing to Texas instead of taking the extended trip down to see the sights as we had planned.

I have every email archived. I've lost time and money over this issue and am being 100% accurate in my description. We settled on May 17th, I only ever requested that date. I'm happy to provide the full email thread to any potential customer.
