Poor customer service! A mail was sent for a shipment and my email was mispelt. My colleague who was in copy of the mail responded and put my correct email (RIC). I was yet to respond to the mail within the hour when I saw another mail from a Vipin Raj Punia saying
"Hi Sir,
Please drop this case, and close the case.
Thanks, and Regards"
Even when he was in copy of the mail explaining why I hadnt responded.
This screams of poor customer relations and I would not be doing business with them at all. If I could give a minus star, I would have.
