I really want to start work for Nussbaum and I Hope so..

This is a review on a driver, not the company.
BE ON THE LOOK OUT! This driver went down a road that is NOT for trucks. The road is too small and has too many curves for an tractor trailer truck. The truck entrance to this road is on the other side and would have taken him an additional 2 minutes! He revved his engine and almost rammed into me when I tried to be nice and alert him that he was going the wrong way! I was scared for my life! I have contacted the company in hopes for consequences for this driver. He is dangerous and unsafe to be on roads!! If he has not killed someone yet, he will!

*Lengthy review*

I am flat out GREATLY impressed with this company!!! They are ALL really nice! I am speaking as a driver. Every time I have contacted ANYONE about ANYTHING, I am always met with respect (as I give them as well). They understand that things happen. It’s trucking! Lol!

I’m being serious. Everyone is awesome; my recruiter (Caleb Gee), to my DM Derek Rabe as well as everyone I met during orientation (to include Brent Nussbaum). Not very often you meet the owner of the trucking company.

The main office is REALLY nice! It kind of looks like a ski resort. Nussbaum is a Godly company and I appreciate that! That being said, they act like it. Respect, Honor and Integrity are the first three words that come to mind about this company. I mean that.

There are no surprises at Nussbaum. At least, they do their utmost BEST to eliminate the possibility. The training is longer than most trucking companies, I feel. However, that’s their way of attempting to eliminate surprises. So, you HAVE to respect that.

At Nussbaum, they understand what it takes to run a trucking company. The big aforementioned three and teamwork. It takes everyone from finance, to DMs, to recruiters, route planners, maintenance, etc. working together to keep wheels rolling forward.

I can’t imagine driving for any other company. Nor, can I imagine why anyone else would want to drive for any other company!

Best company to work for.

Been here a couple of months now. People are nice miles are pretty good pay is good. Don’t like driving days but adapting not home on a consistent routine like I would like to be. Thankful to be employed. Not sure if this is the right fit for me long term. Be ready to roll roll roll. Your clock will be utilized to its maximum potential every week here. Sometimes the delivery and pick up times seem to be unreasonable, communication is key here and screenshot your texts so if you need to reverify or clarify anything.

I’m a truck drive and I have been seeing these truck on road so I went on the website and was blown away with people comment you don’t hear of a company that put God first I real say I wish I have seen this company awhile back, I would have love to work here keep up the great work never loose site on your values God bless this company

Quite sure this will be the last Driving job I will have. Great equipment and Driver support.

Called Thursday or Friday of last week and spoke to Caleb (Recruiter) and he said he emailed me an application which I did not receive. Called again this week after filling out an application on Tenstreet 3 times and Caleb claimed he never received any of the apps. So then he transferred me to driver**** and I talked to Jennifer who was very helpful. As soon as she is finishing up my application I get the long awaited email from Caleb, it's all filled out and Shazam all I have to do is sign it. Then after about a week of frustrating calls about so called emails Caleb tells me that another recruiter just hired someone else. Anybody believe that HW?

Been here for almost 3 months on their Morton salt dedicated, best place to work for by far! Working with my recruiter from the beginning, to working with my account manager, safety, and shop now, everyone I’ve talked to has a positive attitude and makes you feel like an individual instead of a number, Christian values a huge plus, awesome equipment they keep up on, great pay, decent miles with a guaranteed minimum if you have weeks where you don’t get a lot of miles(happens to me often being on a 3 state dedicated) I plan on being here the rest of my career!

Nussbaum is a great company to work for. The Perryville MD GE account managers wasn’t a good experience for me. The communication with the supervisors is horrible. The trailers being service was horrible experience as well. The orientation explains a lot about system drivers but not in depth about dedicated account. They 1750.00 a week guarantee which sounds great until breakdown or things happens out of your control. Unfortunately the company has no control of individuals who causes bad experience for employees.

Good company didn't drive long but miles were there and honest. Just didn't care for driver facing cameras and was upset one time I was gonna be late no matter what like an hour regardless of shutting down and drove all day and was tired and tried shutting down and told me to keep driving stleast 2 more hours not cool.

I've only been with Nussbaum for one month so far every thing I was told from Caleb my recruiter has been true. I feel like they care about there employees and the pay and benefits are great wish I would have came here first.

This is the best place by far been Trucking 12 year back out on the road Nussbaum is by far the best I've worked at place where they short you an on a minimum they don't short ya nor try to beat you out of it you get PAID IDONT KNOW THE PRICE OR THE WORDS TO SAY but iam very pleased to be part of the Nussbaum team family very awesome people

I've been driving for Nussbaum for about a month. I wish that I would have made this change a long time ago. Everyone here is great...very friendly and helpful.

As a newer driver who has been driving right at at year. you hear a lot of nightmare stories about trucking companies that will promise you something and it be totally different from the time you start out with them. But I can say Nussbaum has been nothing but great to me so far. They stand by the family culture they talk to you about and know that this isn't just a job its a way of life. We are out here doing this day and night and away from our families and they realize that. My recruiter was awesome. My Driver Manager is great and very responsive, Everyone is. If your looking for a trucking company doing it right and values its drivers give Nussbaum a opportunity you won't be disappointed.

As good as it gets for an OTR company

Quite honestly, the best company I’ve ever worked for and couldn’t be happier. It took me 10 years to find a great career after the military, I finally found that home here. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nussbaum takes you in and instantly treats you like family. I previously knew about Nussbaum because we used them as a transportation carrier at my last job. The quality of their equipment is immaculate and that all starts with the preventative maintenance. One of their main focuses is on safety and as a driver it makes it comfortable to go to them about concerns regarding the equipment. The pay is nice and you can increase that based on your driving habits.

I just started with nussbaum about 4 weeks ago and they are great people. They treat you with expect and treat you like family. And I can take my little dog with me.

Driver seems to need to barrel through workzone on I 70 westbound, tailgating, doing 62 in a 55.. Maybe he'll pay restitution when he kills a construction worker

Great place to work. They aren't perfect and don't expect you to be perfect either. As long as you are willing to be adaptive and communicate everything that the company has to offer far outweighs the cons..

In 8 years of driving hands down the best company I have worked for. You are never a number here you are a person and they take the time to get to know you.

The hole experience has been good from the beginning. Saige did not sugar coat anything everything she told you was worse case scenario. Orientation was like you were with friends not coworkers. The culture is completely different. Everyone has the same mindset, and nobody takes that I’m in charge mentality, you are literally the captain of your own ship. Highly recommend you take your chances the opportunity will not disappoint.

Where can I start from start to finish or actually to this point it has been a very great experience the trucks are great the people Are Awesome and I love the sign on bonus and the guarantee pay the office to me looks like a country vacation home more than a terminal and you can't ask for more with a company that you work for and they are definitely all about family and faith and that's a nice change from what I've been used to I would highly recommend Nussbaum to any new driver or a driver with years under his belt just call and talk to Saige she was a great recruiter and did not steer me wrong and told me everything up front which is very different!!

Nussbaum is a great place to work. Very christian oriented company. I am not very public with my faith. Working here I feel as if this is what God has planned for me since I was a child.

I’ve had my CDL since 2017 and Nussbaum is by far the best of the 3 companies I’ve worked for. The 3 day orientation was as if I was spending time with friends and family rather than coworkers. Driving for them has been a great experience and I hope to be with them for a long time to come!

Best job and career change I have done. I do not regret my decision on leaving my old company of 18 years to start a new journey in life. Nussbaum is definitely the place to do so.

Great place to work home for weekends and holidays

Saige is a great recruiter, Jordan is a good dispatcher, and the whole company is full of wonderful people. Guaranteed weekly pay, sign on bonus, paid orientation, all employees contact information available, home every weekend and holidays, very nice bonuses, nice equipment, and affordable insurance!

I am so happy to work for Nussbaum. Now I am eager to hop in the truck and go. It just feels great. Compared to my last job, I have lots of home time now. I go 2 days one week and 3 days the next and nice normal 2 day weekend, actually it amounts to nearly 3 days if you count the hours from stop to start with the truck. Home family time is extremely important to me and Nussbaum makes that possible. So, with all the extra time now, I am always happy to help out filling in for another driver when needed. That's what I love about Nussbaum, we all look out for each other. Great people, great communication and great purpose. Now I have a nice steady income and our bank account has been growing back up every week since I started with Nussbaum.

I will be pleased to work for Nussbaum for as long as they will have me. And when the time comes, I would be honored to eventually retire as a Nussbaum driver. Thank you Nussbaum and may God bless you.

The employees are the best and very courteous!!

I'm home every other day and every weekend on this dedicated run. "ALL" staff members are professional and polite. They have great benefits. They provide an atmosphere that allows you good bonus opportunities. The CEO (Brent N.) is a very humble person. Personally, I have NO negative remarks about Nussbaum Transportation. I praise God for putting Nussbaum in my life.

Not sure if safety ever looks at these reviews but you need to take a close look at the truck driver that drives truck number 1369. Almost killed me him and who knows who else coming up the mountain on I 24 wen. 10/14 as I'm changing lanes into the left one this moron decides he's going to pass me on the left shoulder I'm already halfway in the left lane if that's the way he drives a truck he shouldn't be out here because he's going to hurt someone
