Horrible experience with NMU Worldwide. Supposed to take 7 days, took 30. Poor communication through the entire process, I had to force them to do anything through the entire thing. It doesn't matter if you are just a forwarder, why give unreasonable dates that you can't even try to meet or even care enough to meet.

Had 3 shipments in 2021 by NMU without a problem, all good, reasonable rates. Then in Jan 2022 they charged my credit card. I immediately called their rep Irma, she had trouble explaining it, finally referenced a BOL from oct that stated a driver was delayed in picking up and they wanted me to pay. Remember this is 3 months later. I located the tracking info, emailed NMU the info they should already have had.
No delay was on the tracking history, no one ever notified me, Irmas email said thank you, I would hear back, that never happened. I ended up wasting time filing a dispute with my CC company. Do not give your card info over the phone to this company!

Terrible experience with this company. Sent a skid of auto parts from Canada to Texas. Was told shipment time would be 4 days and that they could broker the shipment, it actually took 29 days to get there and I had to hire another broker to get it across the border. Then two months after delivery they billed my credit card (without approval or any communication) an extra $250USD for "extra time at delivery" which I would have had no way to know about or change. Tried to ask for a refund for this charge and just kept getting the run around. Will never ship anything with NMU again.

This company is a joke! They quoted me 223.00 through Uship and when it was all said and done they charged me $569.21. I do understand that my material shipped was 700# over what was quoted that doesn’t constitute that much more. All they do is use other freight companies. And they have not returned 1 of my calls to discuss this with me either.

Charged twice without informing and they say there system is set for auto debit. Do not pay by credit card only pay by bank account in case you intend to do Business with them. Currently dealing with this nightmare. I think they subbed it out to another company but it’s been a lot of unanswered emails and calls. I sent a package out for New York to Atlanta which is only two hours and it’s been over 7 weeks?!?! On top of that all I just got charged over again for no reason.
