    Very bad receptionist. I called the office on 13/6/2017 10.50am to fixed appointment to meet the person in charge. But the receptionist was so rude saying not interested and hang the call. I even called the second time, but the lady did not even give me a chance to speak and hang the call. As a suggestion, i would like to request the higher management to change the receptionist to a better person and give the lady a good learning on customer service ethics. Like or not as a receptionist, her/his job scope is to listen what the customer wants.
