I got very misleading information in regards to transporting my car from PA to FL. They did not come through and left me scrambling for a truck. Most of car transport brokers are dishonest.

They will hang up on u if u try to negotiate a rate… sound like Arabs .. very bad attitude.. never hauling freight for them no matter the price

Call back the number and he started screaming at me and calling me bad names over the phone and saying they will destroy me and they dont care on what they doing and they gonna do a fake report on me, they also did a FREIGHTGUARD report lying about the situations I never did. Will also leave that attached in the pictures. Very unprofessional and in the process of getting an attorney to seek legal help for defamation of character and loss of wages due to their lying when the reports goes thru. Also reported them to the DAT LOAD BOARD to investigate and submitted all the paper work for them to get them ban from the load board. block off my information to protect my identity since everyone see this. THIS IS WARNING TO NOT DO JOBS FOR THEM THEY ALSO BEEN REPORTED TO MANY FB GROUPS FOR THEIR ACTIONS! PLEASE DRIVER BE SAFE AND BE CAREFUL!

Worked with John couple of times for multiple drops, he always provided us correct info and service. Even he was there for us afterhours and weekend for communications.

Any reputable carrier should be aware that you are playing with fire when dealing with this broker. They are not only dishonest, but will intentionally be unresponsive once they realize they have an issue. They booked a load with my company and were persistent about making sure we were en route to pick it up. Of course we were on time and there as promised. When we arrived to the shipper, nobody was there. We got in touch with someone by doing some research of our own and were told that the shipment was supposed to have been picked up days prior. They also informed us that they are closed on Wednesday's, which is the day we were there to pick up. We informed the broker and all they would do is ask us to layover until the following day. Of course that was not an option, so we asked for a TONU. Surprise, Surprise, now they don't want to talk to us. They do not reply to emails/texts and when we call we are immediately put on hold. If we call back they either do not answer or they answer and hang up. Read this review, believe it.....they are "that" kind of broker. I hope this helps someone not waste time and money. They will not value your time or expenses.

Shippers and carriers avoid dealing with this company at all cost. Dispatcher try's to negate the rate con after you have delivered the loads and then request for you to sign additional rate confirmations after the fact. You have to chase them for payments.

THEY BOOK FREIGHT AND THEN TRY TO COVER IT FOR LESSER RATE .

Do not waste your time to book load with this Company, They gonna Screw you up later on. I book load with David working with this Company, I was keep asking don't cancel the load after booking, because he called me that shipper looking to give this load $50 less then I book with you. After few hours they called me load is not ready today. So please be careful before you book with them.
