Adam was so friendly and polite when dropping off my IKEA stuff. He was quick, thorough, and handled my packages with care, especially going up the stairs by himself. Give this guy a raise!

Michael and Pete were outstanding! They arrived when they said they would, wrestled a 200-lb replacement table top onto the base, removed the original, and took the packaging. Very courteous and helpful.

Driver had a terrible attitude, got angry when we took photos of the delivery process as instructed by the shipper. Didn't want to let us check for damage. I explained that taking photos and checking for damage before the driver leaves was required by the merchant to file a claim for damage or missing items. He kept saying none of this was his problem and had nothing to do with him. I explained that as the driver it has everything to do with him because he should be familiar with the delivery process required by his shippers. He just kept saying you gotta talk to someone else and demanding to know if we were taking the delivery or not. Shipment was missing a piece and he was completely unconcerned. Dropped the piece in my driveway and ran.

This was a replacement for a shipment that Narrow Road badly damaged the first time around. Estes delivered something a couple of weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. Everything they have given to Narrow Road has been damaged or missing parts and their drivers are not nice. Estes should stop handing deliveries off to this company.

The driver attempted to deliver my shipment to my sales rep , and when he opened the truck the pallet was not on it. This is the worst service I've ever received in all of my years of transportation/logistics. After inquiring about my shipment they lost, I was spoken to rudely by Seth. He stated he didn't have to explain anything to me and I shouldn't be calling him. We have a show coming up, and now it's ruined due to negligence and lack of transparency. DO NOT USE!!!!!! I don't even want to give them 1-star.

These guys took care of the 'last mile' (more like last 250 miles) for my S****** TV delivery contracted through AGS. They were on-time and carried the TV inside. After having read the reviews of AGS, I am so glad these guys took care of the last step in the process. If I need their services again I will not hesitate to call!

Best service out there! All my shipping from here on out will be through you guys. Mr. Fernandez and his helper were outstanding. Received my merchandise a day ahead of schedule, they called me 3+ times to make sure I would be around and to make sure it was ok. Thank you gentlemen.

I called Narrow Road and spoke with Ian regarding our delivery. He was absolutely pleasant and professional, and worked with me to get our delivery to us within our very tight timeline. We opted for a contactless drop off which went seamlessly. The coop arrived in perfect condition!

horrible customer service. I was told I would receive a phone call when the driver is close, that didn't happen.

after they arrived, I asked them if they could drop the package off at the garage, which has easy access. they declined saying "the paperwork says to drop it off at the front door". after they drop it off I have to spend the next 30 minutes taking apart this pallet and moving it piece by piece into my garage as it doesn't fit inside my house.

I have never seen someone so unwilling to help their customers. the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery company.

Heavy load, great service

I received n order from Crate and Barrel of a glass top table delivered by their last mile service. The driver was extremely helpful and accommodating, and did an excellent and damage free job of delivering and setting up our new table. An excellent service.

Phenomenal! I am so impressed with Ian, Crystal and Narrow Road Transportation that I give them my highest marks for customer service and professionalism. They moved a ton of glass, literally a ton, for me and did it with amazing care and excellent precision in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Narrow Road Transportation!
