These are simply the best people I encountered at any truck loading/unloading facility. Serious, timely and empathetic towards the drivers. A gentleman was offering free hamburgers and sausage sandwiches to us!

Friendly, great service, fast load time.

Receptionist was rude didn't know anything kept switching me to other people charged me $570 to rework my load and take off the product from a stop. Other than that the other people I talked to Dakota and the warehouse manager was very nice.

Call number at door to check in... Gate is locked after closed during week and weekends...parking available on roads around facility... I was there for an hour total from check in to back in to del complete 2 pallets of product.. Dock employees and check in were thorough and efficient.

The facility is a clean The problem is the lot it’s a to tight for 18 wheeler but if you need to sleep outside the company you really can’t because I believe so in the night time a lot of people comes here to drop so there is no way for you to have overnight sleeping and in Colorado you’ll be so lucky if you can have like flying J parking lot at the airport ave because that’s the only way to get a travel center .... ... in this company the lamber guy Damage to pallet of cheese going to Albertson’s and Trader Joe’s and that’s expensive cheese and he didn’t bother even to organize it or rabbit for me I never can hall for this location anymore... For five years we'd used another local cold storage facility, but a recent unpleasant exchange between the owner and a driver trying to deliver a load for us forced us to look at other options, and we settled on Mile Hi Express. The differences are amazing, and I'm so happy we switched. Mile Hi is professional, clean, friendly, efficient, and SAFE. I'll never have to step foot in a freezer again! Yay! We'll actually know what inventory we have! Yay! Someone will help me pick and load! Yay! Also, they're pretty reasonably priced, which makes a big difference to a little company like mine.

It's hard to keep drivers happy, but when you can use the services of Mile Hi to reduce the number of drops on a load, it becomes a winning combination. This is a Great company to use. They go above and beyond to help make things happen if an emergency comes up. I highly recommend Mile Hi Express. We use them as a consolidator and delivery agent in the Denver area.

Hands down the most desirable location to bring freight to. The efficiency of the staff is incredible compared to the rest of the nationwide distribution warehouses I've delivered to. Good place to pickup at! There was a problem with the load information but Corey got it fixed and we’re good now. Kind of a tight entrance and exit but good place nonetheless

Our experience over the past few years with Mile Hi Express has been a great one, especially in our dealings with the individual drivers. They've been professional, friendly, and courteous as we would recommend Mile Hi Express to any business wanting their deliveries done right.

The easiest 5-star review I have ever had to leave. 7 year happy customer of Mile Hi Express. With all the consolidation in the industry, there are not many operators like them left. They have the capabilities and capacity of the large corporate cold storage and consolidation operators, but still run the business like a family-owned operation. Mile Hi is always my first call for refrigerated and frozen consolidation in the Denver metro area.

My favorite place to deliver, I'm usually on a multi drop load when I get here, they get us in and out and the people they have on the docks are great to deal with!
