I went to Mike's cause there were some good reviews, but looking back I guess they were just the staff posting them.

Package was brought out soaking wet from some sort of roof leak, or package above leaking. damaged the fabric within the package and I was still charged for their "care".

It was closed five minutes before I got there, and five minutes before their posted close.

Lack of professionalism regarding my packages. Some were missing. No one cared. it wa delivered, but somehow went missing.

Had better. Trying the other places.

Not a heated or cooled storage. Had chocolates melt, wooden items crack, and liquids congeal. Too much of the elements to deal with in their units. If it's -30 or +30, your parcel is going to experience it.

Package was brought out by cart and fell off smashing the contents. They took no responsibility.

Place is not heated or cooled and destroyed some of my purchases. Staff take no responsibility. Switched to another place, same price, and controlled temperatures.

What happened to this place? People are all different, unfriendly and they seem confused on how to run the business.

Were once a good company under the original owners, but the character of the new ones is very suspect. Cancelled all business both personal and commercially due to theft of packages, lying staff, terrible service, and obnoxious staff.

Let me say if your comparing companies looking for how to get packages delivered from USA to Winnipeg, then Mikes Parcel is your first stop! They work with Reds so you can get your item delivered right to your door! I have tried all other places in Pembina & trust me this place blows the others away by having the most amazing team all watched over by careful eye of the two owners who properly train staff, & most importantly care about you & your business! It’s so nice actually going in to sit & have a conversation with owners who care about something more than money, & your not just a number to them!
I have to admit last time I was there I was in such a rush I ran out without paying, there was no panic, only smiles & understanding. Also, during the pandemic, they did not charge one single penny for items held. Total understanding! Great job guys & congrats on the renovations, the place looks beautiful!

I'm sure Vanessa and Mason will recognize my post. I love how they treat me when I go in. They know me pretty well, they address me by name, I've been going there since before they took over the place. I got to say they've been great and accommodating during the pandemic. They've made my trips easiest process ever. They are the best advisors when it comes to the border crossing.

Fabulous service, and good coffee!

I used their Vehicle Export and Storage Services. Being my first time to import a motorcycle to Canada I have my apprehension of the process. But Mason and his team are very accommodating and easy to talk with. They will make it a point that all concerns will be addressed. I have my motorcycles stored to their warehouse as well and my request to drop them off and pick them up even during their off-day is not a problem. Highly recommended!

Great services with Mike's. Love the 24/7 access compared to the competitors that close after their business hours. Sometimes I never know when I will be arriving to pick up so the 24/7 helps, I will always use them. Conveniently located near the exit of Pembina near the gas station versus the airport where Pembina Parcel moved to.

My family has been using MPP for years now. A quick trip from Wpg and pick up your goods and I have always had good, friendly service. I have also shipped items from MPP and always had success. Well done!

This place is incredible! They will accept just about anything for you! I’ve used them a few times to take advantage of ‘free shipping in the lower 48’ for American online purchases, and I’ve never had any issues. I recently purchased a SLIDE-IN camper and ran into difficulties getting it home from Washington state. On the off-chance they could help me with arranging shipping, I called Mason-and they took care of everything for me! They arranged to have the unit shipped from WA to ND, and I just had to drive from Wpg to pick it up. Their service and staff is amazing-on other shipments, I’ve had them help load my truck with a forklift because my item was oversize and heavy. I can not recommend this place enough. Prices are very reasonable, and this lets you take advantage of sales in the US where products might not be shipped to Canada. Trust me-you WON’T be disappointed using Mike’s! Thanks, guys!

Be careful. Placed one order from Catherines Clothing store and they shipped it in 6 bundles and now I have to pay the price per bundle so any savings made is now lost. Catherines split up my order and not one bundle....

Absolutely wonderful people. For some reason fed ex delivered two boxes to them instead of my po box. It was medical equipment for my daughter and we spent a couple weeks trying to track it down. The people at mikes not only held the rather large boxes that entire time but refused to accept payment for pickup since it was fed ex’s mistake. On top of everything they loaded the heavy box in my car for me. Can’t say enough good things about them!

If you live in Winnipeg and you need a US address for getting packages delivered, this is a good place. Sometimes getting things delivered to Canada is not possible or stupidly expensive.

Great place to recieve your packages especially if you are a winnipegger (canadian) trying to get items that are for the most part USA only. Especially things like etsy items its easier on them to deliver the package to an actual US address
