Made me feel very uncomfortable

Totally unprofessional company do as i say not as i do…we had no alternative as to park on side of the road as driving time ran out waiting to be loaded and for customs paperwork..their drivers who leave there trucks all over the place making it difficult for every driver that enters this estate..made our life hell and stressful with there abuse ..security totally understood what had happened..but these people and there employees are disgraceful..there front of house and loading bays are dirty and i dont think they have ever heard the word health and safety..SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.

Totally disorganised! As an existing customer I was most disappointed with the way I have been treated over the last week, not interested in our business tried several emails, put on hold then hung up on, phone rings out for over 8 minutes no answer. Even when complaining and specifically asking to speak to someone in charge they said we will put you through and no one answered. Rubbish
