We all know you can't believe everything you read, from my experience MSI does well to accommodate everyone who is hired even if you may have some limitations. Like any respectable work place they expect you to show up on time and and do your job as you should. I can't say I know of every situation but I do know most of the time people are let go because that employee thinks that showing up 3 out of 5 days a week or consistently coming to work late is acceptable. MSI has an attendance point system that's is fair and works for those that take there job seriously. If you looking for change and have a solid work ethic don't hesitate to apply, you may be surprised as to what you may find!

They don't train well and expect you to know everything in a small amount of time!! They wouldn't have such a bad turnover rate if they spent the time to teach ppl instead of booting them out! They don't even tell the person what's not going right, they just let them go. Really... Don't waste your time with them!

Terrible turnover rate. You are a number and they only start noticing or caring about you if you dont keep up with production.
