Sent a few high value items via Malca Amit and found the whole process chaotic. There were inconsistencies in the instructions, provided by the shipping representatives and no electronic platform for the customer to enter details (all done via email and print, sign, scan documents). They use Fedex to ship, so it became much easier for me to cut out the middleman and go direct.

Horrible company. Extra charges that they don’t inform you about beforehand. They do not even deliver to your door you must collect from the airport. Very unprofessional and rude staff you don’t care. DO NOT use this company.
