Took a job, arrived at pick up and was told job was not available. Was told to wait for a call back whilst they look into it. Waited for over an hour and no call back. Left and then after another hour was told there was a job and to go back to the job location which is 30 miles from me. Said it would take 1 and a half hour as I don’t have the whole day to spend on one job. They said they would call me back but never did. Now refusing to pay my cancellation fees, I was not given sufficient notice. Poor communication was told to email but when I emailed I was told to call. Just another company passing blame.
Spoke to Rick on the phone, extremely rude, surprised to see so many 5 stars which I can only assume are written by the employees.
DONT ACCEPT A JOB WITH THEM, they do not know what they are doing and expect drivers to be available the whole day for them.
