Diese Spedition geht gar nicht !!!
Die Auftragsabwicklung von Kühne und Nagel ist nicht akzeptabel.
Trotz Termindruck wird der Container zwei Wochen am Hafen Hamburg liegengelassen.
Kühne und Nagel lügt die Kunden an und hat dann noch die Frechheit für diese zwei Wochen Demurrage Kosten zu verrechnen. Wir haben erhebliche Verzugskosten.
Keine Entschuldigung .... einfach nur Lug und Betrug.
Es gibt sicher bessere Speditionen als Kühne + Nagel !! Die fair zu den Kunden sind ....

Katastrophale Spedition. Ware aus Deutschland rasch in der Schweiz angekommen, danach aber 10 Tage herumgelegen, ohne dass sich irgendjemand bei mir gemeldet hat. Erst als ich selber anrief, wurde die Ware beschädigt und unbrauchbar geliefert.
