This is worse logistic company in my trading experience.
-Firstly, they are lying;
-Secondly, they missed delivery 3 times within 4 days. How? I will tell you how, - they are lazy to do anything; for them to mark “failed delivery” is the best option with none reason why. Then u need spend lot of time, been stressed because u cant finish your work on time which delay other clients and your pocket also!
Be ready to spend your money by collecting your goods yourself, other ways you may wait ages!

If I could give zero stars then I would. Worst logistics company I have ever had to deal with. Zero communication to their clients when issues happen, and no real explanations as to why the issues occured. Deliveries not completed on several occasions!! Not good enough.

The company contacted me regarding transport for the next day but the next day no one came with the delivery.
I lost all day waiting with my cousin for delivery because delivery only to the front door.
The next day no information apologies nothing.
Finally, a small, weak, crooked looking driver at the company appeared, looking down at us as if he wanted to knock out everyone, abandoned the pallet on the street, demanded a signature and in the legs jump into the car and that's it.
I strongly advise against this company lack of responsibility and positive attention in this matter, lack of words to express opinions on them.
I recommend that the person who writes back to customers is not fooled this time because his translations are already pathetic reading the same thing every time.
I think someone should give a few lessons to work with people and clients and the behaviors presented by the guys from this company shame and contempt.

They've abandoned goods at my neighbour's driveway blocking it completely due to a broken palette. They've claimed it was my (!!) responsibility to move to goods by hand - one metric ton - and blamed me (the recipient of the goods) for not securing the load correctly!
No contingency plan when things go pear shape!
Very unprofessional bullyish customer reps.
