Kennesaw is the BEST company I have ever worked for. They know me and my wife (who doesn't even drive). They care about their drivers. You can feel it when you walk in orientation and it follows you every where you go. They CARE about ALL employees and it shows. It's refreshing to see that humble loyal caring people still exists...........

Recruiter Judy is arrogant and cocky. Not helpful and very aggressive over the phone. Too blunt and hyper active with certain people.
I would not hire her to be my recruiter and the interview with Judy was bad.. I acted like a secret spy just to see how people act at Kennesaw Trucking.. I am already employed and get 0.35 percent of gross..Secret spy to catch carriers who hire bad people.
I didn't get job offer because of crazy recruiter. Company short on recruiters. You don't want Judy at all.. I got clean MVR and clean PSP. 12 years of OTR and clean background..
I still got denied all because I told manager that Judy was not professional.Manager took up for the recruiter. Do you really think I trust thhe rest of the staff??I don't see this carrier having 4 star rating. Some of the good reviews were made up. Lot of carriers be having fake reviews to get 4 to 5 stars

My dad was a driver for Kennesaw and unexpectedly passed away. They were very helpful in helping my mom and me to lay him to rest and making sure his needs were met. He seemed very happy driving for this company. Highly recommend.

i absolutely LOVE Kennesaw!!!!! i am so excited that we came here. Everything we were told has been true and we are so grateful for all of our amazing recruiters Hope Sam and Kelley. They all told us exactly how it is and everything has been true. The dispatchers are all great and treat us like family. we are so lucky to be at Kennesaw.

Very disappointed to say the least. I've always wanted to work for KT. I quit my job to do so only to find out that I was lied to from the start.

Besides wanting to work there, I decided to this time because Sam my recruiter, told me they had short haul runs to AL and TN and said I would be home DAILY. I jumped on the opportunity.

After I completed orientation and a refresher type training, I asked again about the routes. This time I was told "they don't have that". She claimed that's not what she told me. That's the only lane we talked about.

I ended up having to put everything on hold and regroup. I needed to be home daily so that I could be home with an ill post outpatient relative. To add injury to all of this. I WASNT paid for orientation. Waiting in a p h one call now from them. Big disappointment.

This Company had me too Quit my Job Did A Approval on me and my Co driver First Done By. Hope called Twice A week until I put in my Two week notice from my last Job. Then time too go to work they Denied him and told me I could not drive solo keep in mind I have trained people on my last job. Kelly got nasty and hung up the phone on me but the Company say they About God

Absolutely horrible. Trucks always breaking down and if you take more than a couple days off they allow someone to ride around with all of your personal belongings without even telling you.

Decent company . I left Kennesaw twice thinking the grass was greener on the other side with these other companies but Kennesaw has spoiled me and I tried lease purchase with another company but that was a nightmare. They talk numbers on paper but real world numbers can be a whole different story. Kennesaw on the other hand made me feel belonged. They keep everything simple as possible including the elogs and communication I am a try it before you buy it kind of guy and Kennesaw is the only company I keep coming back to. Hopefully I can be settle down and stop moving around . But Kennesaw is a good company. Need to improve on truck cleanliness but that's my only complaint

Absolutely amazing place to work!!!

Worse company in the world to work for. Lots of favoritism. No weekend time off. The pay is horrible. Hourly pay but no overtime pay. All straight time. Dispatcher/safety manager Jeff is horrible and the general manager Chuck is scared to control his staff.

Wish I had discovered Kennesaw in my youth! As company driver or Owner Operator I have never seen a group of people that work so hard to help their employees! As a Marine Veteran they have gone out of their way to make sure I never miss an appointment or event! Please consider working for a group of people who really care! Thanks
