Very awful customer service. I wish I received the same experience some below have experienced. They expect the driver to do all the labor and drive long haul at a dirt cheap rate. The broker is rude and was threatening over the phone. Not to mention, the acceptance time for one load is at least a day. Make your life easier and do not work with these people. They make those who work for them a living nightmare.

All the bad reviews on the company are true, my company delivered a load for them on December 7th. Every since then my factoring company been trying to get in contact with their accounting department to simply make them aware of the notice of assignment so they can direct the payment to them. We been emailing, faxing, leaving voicemails and never get a response . Even called the broker back and explained it to him and he claimed he would get it handled for me and never did. My factoring company wont factor the load till we get in contact with them . I was given a lady name Kathy extension at 3207 she’s supposed to be doing all the accounting. This lady wont answer , calls, voicemails or emails . Stay away from this company. !!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give it zero stars

Worse freight company to deal with. Zero professionalism, rip off rates, and just nasty personality from a guy named Richard Thornton. Called me demanding payment on a shipment wanted to charge almost $600 for it. The value of the entire shipment was barely worth $1000. Didn't give me any breakdown, no invoices and asked me to e transfer him. No credibility at all and took forever to reply to emails and texts. Once he was called out, he was just plain rude and didn't want to deal with it. The reviews speak for themselves. Just stay away from this company!

Had an interview with Mark G for dispatcher/ customer service position. Even though I agreed to all his conditions. He told me he will call me, he will call me by the end of the following week, but never did. Their ad is back up with much lower salary. Not to be trusted

if you want to deal with them, then beware from accounts payable. They will not answer your calls and no one responding your emails. Their payment terms, I guess are 200 days. my invoices are 102 days old and still I have to wait 98 days more.
