Ordered a pair of shoes that I could only find available in New Zealand, but the store only shipped within New Zealand. I found Jetkrate by doing a quick google search. Purchased the shoes and got them sent to them. I was notified by the store my package had been delivered to Jetkrate and on the same day Jetkrate sent through delivery options. My package was sent out the next day to Australia and I already have the shoes! I’m super impressed with how fast everything was. As a Kiwi living in the USA I often miss the unique and top quality products you can only get in NZ. But often international shipping is super expensive, slow or the smaller Kiwi businesses don’t ship to the USA at all. Plus I often want multiple things from multiple stores! Enter Jetkrate they gave me a NZ postal address to ship all my goodies from different NZ stores, then they consolidated my many purchases, packaged them up and shipped them to me in Kansas City. They arrived in perfect condition and only a couple of business days after my final purchase was received. I’ve used them three times now and each time they repack perfectly and arrive in days!

Update: Another great experience with Jetkrate! We had been in NZ for 3 months and collected a lot of special kiwi kids toys, books and clothes (and of course baby red band gum boots!). But they didn’t all fit in my suitcase or within the Air NZ luggage limits when it came time to go home to the USA. I was 10kg over. I could have paid Air NZ $250 extra but instead it was $190 with Jetkrate and they took care of the packing for me!! Arrived in perfect condition a few days later!
